Regarding the person touching mail, she never left the house for a month and took quarantine seriously big time along with family. Never stepped out, the only thing she did was grab the mail without gloves and she passed last week in NJ. They suspect mail as the only form of transfer in this case. Before, this was just reported like any old flu and not taken seriously. Now, it’s a different ball game. I know folks that are infected in NY and NJ and it’s not a cake walk and nothing they ever witnessed or felt. It is not a cake walk and definitely something to avoid and fear. Best not to take chances when you know this was strong enough to bring on a quarantine. Some stat comparisons do not matter at the moment because this is far easier to spread vs flu and other viruses. Folks Quarantining even touching just the mail have died in NJ. I think some folks in California and other states that are less impacted, do not really know or fully comprehend the magnitude or gravity of this thing and think this is a fear mongering conspiracy if some sort. I know a few funeral homes needing capacity in NY. Some of the bodys are in other mon storage rooms ac’d up. Some need a cooled truck container $20k cost a piece. I also know few families affected and with The whole body placement storage issues right about now, luckily some folks in the community were able to assist. Hospital morgues are even over capacity that containers had to be brought in. It is tragic.

By the way, those pump spray applicators you attach on top of the toppik cylinder can be found on amazon or even local drug stores like CVS. You can use the pressure softly for the front so it does not cake on too much. In the sun it will look unnatural. In nightime and medium to low lit settings it looks ok. Aside from that if you have oily scalp it can cause cracks in the powder and water can make it run down. That’s especially true if it is applied in excess.

Are you using a pump spray applicator top for the toppik bottle? Sometimes that helps

Id wait till the area heals a bit. Some doctors have patients use dilated baby shampoos for 2-3 months after hair transplant. Then afterwards other shampoos. In order for nioxin to actually look effective, some of your hair has to be grown out already. You need at least 1.5 to 2 inchs of hair to see how it adds a thickening effect to it. It would be pointless to waste it on a shaved head or buzzed head.

System 1 cleanser and conditioner is best for noticeably thinning hair. It’s one ive used and has helped in some cases. Also, the shampoo doesn’t seem to leave scalp oily as some other shampoos may do. Remember, the Oily the shampoo is, the thinner it will make your hair look, esp if you are thinning hair and losing hair already. If you have very very mild thinning then you move to nioxin system 2. Both are good, you can alternate in between them. remember, you should not use same shampoo for weeks, your hair gets used to it. Definitely, it is good to alternate different shampoos in between. Nioxin is a decent shampoo. It increases shaft diameter but does not regrow hairs. Takes 3-4 uses to see it build up. Also keeps scalp feeling fresh.

Oh you bet. Regretting many things and people I trusted when it came to this. Ive lost faith in certain folks. My scalp is a mess and im needing repair, ethical patient centric repair that is. This is agitating me as the days go by. Hoping to have it resolved soon. Never ever trust a doctor that looks at costs Per graft and his willingness to get you in the chair and giving you assurances that he cannot cater to. Never fall for some marketing hype. There are very few doctors that actually look at you as human beings and not $$$$$.

I’d definitely proceed with high caution when it comes to surgery. If you are indeed likely headed towards a nw6, then Even with body hair and other hairs it will look unnatural. And you will never be able to use finasteride again. Sometimes it is better to have a healthy untouched scalp then to be scarred and chasing repairs. Dr Bisanga, Dr Mwamba, Dr Lupanzula actually stands out to me in this regard. Especially, for Afro Carribean hair. Minimal graft use to graft result ratio in general as it seems based on what I saw online and former patients i spoke with (and skyped with). Some went to them to get repaired. The key is natural hairline construction with your hair type with an illusion of density that blends well with your current native hair. no nape, no body hair, no beard hair should be used- only scalp hair should be extracted for use for facial framing, front to midscalp to the formation of crown. no air or liquid suction device (similar to neograft) should be used when extracting Grafts as i think it may be detrimental to grafts and add further risk to an already risky procedure- when something is already a risky procedure, you should try to Minimize risk wherever possible. whoever you go with- ask them how they will honor in writing and what they will do if result is poor . Will they charge you more? Will they touch up as courtesy or will they give partial refund or what. FACT is that Every doctor does this differently in this regard but you should ask this before you place any deposit so you can have something in writing. Elective procedure or not, it is a valid question to ask for your own comfort zone. 2000 grafts Should be, but this will be based on types of grafts extracted (1 hair, 2 hair, 3 hair etc) and your hair texture. remember be careful with wreckless density planting- that is more of an issue. Some areas doctor may need to use higher density in other parts of that zone because you have native hair in between. If he uses too high of a density it can cause an issue or cAuse permanent shockloss. Best of luck with everything

With laser probably not, but will probably take multiple attempts. If they punch it out via extraction, you are at more risk to freckle like scarring. Best of luck

Melvin, economic fallout is huge. I mean we can have these trillions to keep middle to lowe class afloat but its temporary. We need to get out of this like within 60-90 days. This cant sustain for the 18 month target they are talking about. All key industries are near collapse -Airline -Tourism -Cruises -Priceline / Expedia service industries etc -Rentals -Automotive (so many folks about to default on them leases and financed vehicles) -Student Loans -Any business/commercial loans for small businesses -Restaurants -Bars -Auto Repair shops you can literally keep going When folks need to save money to buy food, everything changes. It really isn’t looking good. Especially, mom and pop shops- they are getting destroyed. You got towns charging high taxes on properties still and folks cant keep up with lease agreements due to no business. Forced curfews just added to the destruction. It is sad, but a whole lot more than 1 or 2 trillion USD will be needed here. A lot of bankruptcies are bound to happen along with unemployment claims. These measily 1,000$ or $2000 checks, if they are distributed, will have limited impact. Imagine the number of folks from the state health marketplace now applying for subsidized care? No one without a job now can afford the health insurance premiums of like $1200 or mor per month for families. Quite honestly, the country is about to to into socialist mode- you can’t survive on capitalism in the current environment and covid crisis. the 2008 crisis took 6 years at least for market to come back. This already is a shitshow and can’t take more. Right now—its not world markets that are important, it is how much gold reserves one has. Recovering from this will take a very calculated effort.
