  1. For me Saw Palmetto didn't work, Fin did.
  2. The risk/reward ratio here skews a bit heavy to the former, especially if you end up going to second tier clinic. Shock loss to your native hair is quite possible since you're not on fin, which would leave you worse off than where you are now. Tread carefully!
  3. Any noticeable growth at 3 months bodes well for what's to come. Love seeing a female experience, thanks for sharing!
  4. If this is really the case then expect the HT to thin overtime as well, especially if you're not on fin. Doesn't mean getting a HT won't be of positive value for you, just be prepared for gradual thinning after the 12 month peak.
  5. If you're in your 40's then definitely go for it, but go to an elite doctor otherwise you might regret it. I'd try fin too, maybe a half dose or every other day.
  6. The fun is just beginning for you. Growth at 3 months is a positive sign. This is done far too often, even now. More discerning eyes can tell.
  7. Just love seeing that full coverage in the overhead shot. Do you notice your facial hair growing in thicker from the oral min?
  8. Is it common for Dut users to continue with Fin? I always thought it was one or the other.
  9. Always have an umbrella with you, but if you're stuck in a monsoon then all bets are off. The effectiveness of concealers/fibers always depends on how much hair you have in the first place. The less hair, the more obvious, rain or shine.
  10. In my experience Dermmatch holds up better to rain/water than Toppik.
  11. A+ result as one would expect from Dr. Hasson! 👌
  12. This is right on track to being a stellar result. Density will continue to improve. You did it right first time around.
  13. Try Latisse on the eyebrows, even though it is intended for eyelashes. You would only want to go to the most detail oriented HT doc for transplanting the eyebrows.
  14. The fact that the HT's didn't take leaves you in a better position now. You only have a few plugs producing hair at the moment. A completely bald top would look more normal. You can always do laser hair removal, or punch out the plugs via FUE. You just don't have enough donor supply to make it worth the trouble, but that is ok. Trim or shave) the hair growing out of the plugs and look like a normal, bald gentleman.
  15. Yeah, you're not going to look normal for awhile. The first two months won't be fun... be prepared for that.
  16. Looking more promising! Wait until around the 11-12 month mark before going for another procedure with Eugenix.
  17. Yeah, thank your younger self for hopping on fin/min. Things are looking solid.
  18. I tried it for 6 months before getting on Fin. Waste of time, lost ground in those months. Not necessarily. I had an allergic reaction to min, my skin became extremely irritated. Even my ears were inflamed. But as you can see, I gave things a try. It they didn't work, I stopped. Everyone is different. Fin was the only thing that worked for me. Was I a little psyched out when I started it? Yeah, but 15 years later it is still keeping the bottom from falling out. Glad I gave it a try.
  19. Yup, that's why H&W didn't turn you down. I'd just shave it off and maybe look into Eugenix using beard hair as a donor resource to even things out on top.
  20. I think a lot of clinics recommend FUE because they feel the patients will not want/need maximum lifetime grafts, probably one or two surgeries at the most, so why not avoid the strip scar altogether. But I do feel strongly that the FUT+FUE=Max Lifetime Grafts approach needs to be explained to new patients regardless.
