Regular Member consequence Posted July 2, 2023 Regular Member Share Posted July 2, 2023 (edited) Wowza. There's almost no part of your scalp that was untouched, either to extract or to place. Almost amoebic in scope. Do you have any pics in outdoor lighting of both recipient and donor? Edited July 2, 2023 by consequence Building a casa de papel with Dr. Couto: my 1700 FUE in Madrid. That appears to be his modus operandi - to analyse the head and transplant so that there is a consistent density across the head. It'll help reduce the halo effect where the strip of hair between donor and recipient is untouched and is therefore denser.

If you are to do a mega session for the highest Norwoods like OP, I don't see an alternative. If that large number of extractions were to be done in a narrow strip, the donor would look completely weird.

This reminds us how his donor management is the best in the world, look at those invisible wounds lol Then compare them to the other top surgeons... day and night. Crazy, Zarev is a genius. Then the first four months after procedure I just wore a hat all the time. Now when people see it they ask if I got a hair cut or if I have colored my hair. No one guesses hair transplant. 8 minutes ago, GeneralNorwood said: Did you make this photos with flash? Lighting is very shiny. Yes. Dr. Zarev requests flash in the monthly update photos that I send him.

Also, my shock loss is significant. Maybe 30-40%. But it’s a long game. I’m 8 months from my second surgery, maybe 16-18 months from final result. Thankfully I work from home so I’ve just been wearing hats. Also told my few coworkers so it wouldn’t be weird. Do you remember when did your hair start to fall out after the surgery ?
