  1. Looks great. I want to go to Dr. Pitella. Do you mind if I ask if you're on oral minoxidil or any other meds?
  2. I've used 2 brands, and I wouldn't recommend either of them.
  3. Just curious, what are the reasons you would have for canceling?
  4. I just started Xyon finasteride last week, doing M W F. So far, so good.
  5. If I was 27 years old and had the amount of hair that you have, I would just stay on the meds, if you're not getting sides, and wait and see if your hair loss progresses. You have a lot of hair. If the meds stop your hair loss, I'd be happy with what you've got. Just my 2 cents.
  6. Glad to hear you're doing better. A hair transplant surgeon that we're not supposed to mention here said he has seen patients have the exact same thing happen to them after years of finasteride use in a YouTube video. Just don't tell Kevin Mann.
  7. Yeah, I don't know if the parent's age is a contributing factor or not for other people, but it wasn't for me.
  8. Wouldn't Minoxidil Max be one of the best places to get that stuff?
  9. I stopped, but am considering starting again with .25 mg twice a week.
  10. I see. I also got sides from 1 mg every day and every other day.
  11. You took 4 tablets of finasteride every 2 days? Am I reading that right?
  12. Generic finasteride gave me insomnia/anxiety, and I've wondered if taking actual Propecia would not give me these sides.
  13. I'd be interested in seeing people who do this if there are any
  14. Ok. If you were trying to have a kid, I would say stop cold turkey. If you're not, maybe cut down and retest and see if that helps. Is there a way for men to "freeze" their sperm like women freeze their eggs?
  15. Yeah, I know of one too. I made a post about him awhile back, lol.
  16. That's a good point, but if I'm having consultations with multiple surgeons, I'm only going to be choosing one of them. I still don't understand why some charge and some don't. Thanks for your feedback.
  17. Is it worth it to pay for a consultation? I've had in person consultations with surgeons who didn't charge, and had a phone consultation with one who didn't charge. But the other surgeons I'm considering charge for consultations. Also, is it worth it to pay for, or even have an online consultation?
  18. Yep, definitely not nocebo if it's a side effect you weren't even aware of. Had the same thing with finasteride giving me insomnia.
  19. I totally understand. After speaking with some of these doctors, forgetting about it might be the best option.
