  1. Things like european style plug adapterx noise-cancelling headphones, maybe a shower cap to catch hairs if the fall out when you’re sleeping, etc. I don’t even know if those examples are valid but i’m just looking for items I may be forgetting and should bring.
  2. I too want a great result. And I hope that happens. I want to be Eugenix fan again and I hope that they prove all my concerns 100% wrong. If they do, I will happily admit being wrong, and in doing so, will advocate for Eugenix on this forum with as much gusto as I showed my concerns. Given my concerns, gaining a great review from me may be even more beneficial for Eugenix than other normal reviews. Because people will know that if they can impress me, they can impress anybody! 29 days and counting.
  3. Sounds like you are becoming at least a little sympathetic to why I have some concern. I give you credit for that. Many posters would just dig their heels in, even with the new info/screenshots.
  4. Your bias is showing. Suggesting that a thread be locked because you feel it serves no purpose simply means that you believe that your beliefs and opinion are more important than mine - Or others. Including the people who have thanked me for posting this thread. I’m genuinely shocked you would ever write such a thing. Good moderators don’t moderate from their own bias. Good moderators don’t stifle speach because they disagree with it. The “prize” of hair restoration, and the cost involved, is exactly why people should focus on all details.
  5. huh? I booked the flights AFTER scheduling dates. Had to change the date once as well, which caused me to move the flight once.
  6. Update: I would like to update this thread to say that Eugenix called me after my last few posts and apologized for the issues i’ve had. They explained they are fixing processes to make sure it doesn’t happen further and encouraged a positive and happy experience. They also said they know I will have a good experience because they go to lengths to make it so. I responded by telling them that I hope I have a great experience and if I do, I will tell the entire world. I will be their #1 advocate if I have a good experience. I will also edit/delete this thread, since I will have been proven wrong about my concerns.
  7. For a few reasons: 1) I have nearly $3k worth of flight tickets already booked that would incur a penalty to cancel. 2) They have my deposit.
  8. I almost forgot… They also routinely forget what I tell them. I guess they are pumping out so many customers that they can’t keep anything straight. For example: I tell them that I can’t click the link for the Visa info they sent me. They respond by telling me to click the link. To which I send another message, with the screenshot of the first message, where I tell them that I can’t click the link!!!! Another time, they asked for the 2nd or 3rd time for me to send back the medical documents, when I had already sent them days prior: There was also the time they asked for info multiple times because they apparently keep forgetting it: But again - members and even mods here say I should just shut my mouth and ignore all this. I just don’t agree with that. I think it should be talked about.
  9. To be honest, I was 100% sold on the clinic and was a fan-boy (just like other members here) for a long time. It wasn’t until I started going through the process with the clinic that I started to notice signs of “hair mill’esque” things happening. My main concern stems from their poor planning and following through with people. For example, looking back, my first call with them was scheduled for 11am. Well, 11am came and went. Then 11:30 came and went. Then 12:00 came and went. Then 12:30 came and went. Then 1:00 came and went. They finally called me at 1:13pm …. more than 2 hours after our scheduled appointment time. This might be fine if I didn’t have a job, and didn’t have meetings to attend. But I live in the real world. They told me they were sorry for being hours late but are very busy… again, hair-mill’esque, pumping out tons of customers. If they can’t organize their schedule to call potential customers on time, how can I expect them to organize and plan a full hair transplant surgery? Then it occurred to me that i’ve read other users posts about how they had to wait hours in the clinic waiting room until they were seen. Of course not everyone has had this experience, but that’s kinda how hair mills work. Some have a good experience and others have bad ones. Little consistency. I learned my lesson from the first phone call anppontment and decided to simply text them going forward. I figured, texting means I won’t have to wait for a phone call AND they offered texting as an option during the phone call. So I texted my dates available for the surgery. I gave them specific dates in April and May. Instead of confirming the dates or saying they’re not available, they respond by simply saying they have dates in April and May available. Okay … but I gave you exact dates i’m available … so can you tell me if THOSE dates are available. After asking if they’re going to actually book me for the dates I mentioned or give me any detailed info on whether they’re available, I was told I needed to schedule a call for that info. Great… So I scheduled a call for 10:30 to 11:30am. Can you guess what happened? 10:30 comes, nothing. 10:45 comes, nothing. 11:00 comes, nothing. 11:15 comes, nothing. 11:30 comes, nothing. 12:00 comes, nothing. They eventually call at 12:16. And this part really annoys me too….The call was to simply tell me that they had my specific date available, and I am booked. That couldn’t be done over text? I pushed off meetings for that short call? Why wouldn’t you just text me back and tell me that? Why have me re-schedule my work day to be available between 10:30 and 11:30, and then not call me during that time, and then have a very short conversation to tell me i’m all set? Why!? So anyway, i’m pretty conflicted now and looking for advice. Can I trust this clinic, that cannot even call someone on time, with a $15,000 surgery on the other side of the world? Then you add on just odd things such as questionnaires that ask questions that simply do not matter to the operation in ANY way (and are common tactics used in up-sells) and it gives me pause. Or course, some on this forum, including moderators, think I should just ignore all of this or cancel. Dont question anything! How dare you!
  10. I understand and respect that my opinions are odd to you. But they are not to me. I analyze all aspects. Down to the most minute details.
  11. Bad boy! You're not following the company line! Eugenix is great! Eugenix is wonderful! Eugenix is kind. Eugenix is for youuuu!
  12. That would simply be more evidence of a non-professional clinic. So... it wouldn't shock me.
  13. I sort-of did this. I filled it in saying, "Why would this information be necessary". The employees seem to think it's stupid as well, since they said nothing of my note.
