There will always be a variance in opinions regarding physical activity post-op.
Part of the concern is the increase of blood pressure at the base of the grafts where they seat in the scalp and there is significant healing taking place. Yes grafts may be secure and not pop out but the blood supply is critical to the hair follicles and many severed blood vessels that need to heal.
Good to hear about your recent ht. I was sure it was meant to be over 2 days but was told one day was sufficient so did it in one. I am not to worried about any of the finer details such as time out of scalp as I trust dr b and if hes happy so am I. I will update my 6 week update this week, how did your 1st one turn out? It is not abnormal for good reputable doctors to have an 8 month waiting list because they are in demand.
If you already cancelled twice on them, they may not take you seriously or someone having a change of mind at the last minute. You also stated that you may miss it again so my advice would be to not schedule any appointment until you are sure about the date.
