  1. It's a myth that dark shadows are caused by lack of sleep - some people are paler when they're sleep deprived and the contrast can make the shadows more obvious, but not sleeping does not make dark circles appear. They tend to be the result of thin skin under the eyes and/ or weak capillaries which burst, so it can e a genetic thing. I use a small amount of garnier roll-on concealer ( the one with the caffeine). If you want a better result, combine it with a small amount of highlighter concealer, two of the best are Touche Eclat and Estee Lauder Highlighter concealer but they're pretty expensive.
  2. Take fin instead. No shampoo is going to bring that much help in our cases.
  3. I would look into the Capillus cap. They have varying levels of intensity. I started it in January but haven’t noticed a difference yet.
  4. Why does it taking so long to fully heal? I mean the reddish patch.
  5. I used to. I didn't notice any major changes in my hair but my skin.
  6. Im using rosemary oil, it seems to help my dandruff and stimulate my scalp. Not sure about hair loss though.
  7. My sister has been taking the Bargello vitamins regimen for growth and she said it works. For her hair vitamins, she take GNC's Ultra Nourish Hair.
  8. If you have the money, then HT will always be the best solution for any severe hair loss. Though I never tried hair system before, and I'm curious how it feels when I wear one.
  9. That's the nature of finasteride, it lowers DHT which is one of the most impactful hormones on libido. Unfortunately, it does not return to it's original levels after cessation either.
  10. I perfectly understand the feeling... I was in this similar situation, went with my first Christmas far from home! As a gift to myself... I don't know maybe a nice fantasy book to keep me company during my free time. Do anyone have nice recommendations?
  11. I think the damage is depends on which procedure you are going to choose from, between FUT or FUE. FUE may leave white dots after healing, not sure for FUT.
  12. Unbelievable progress within 5 months, man! Congrats!
  13. Hi @Reerp this site has a respectable list of doctors that you should want to look first before moving forward to your decisions. Good luck!
  14. I've read good feedbacks here about Finasteride. You should try it first and see the results before considering on getting a surgery.
  15. In Serbia, are they the only clinic that do hair transplant?
  16. "0.5 to 1.5mm: This is where you want to be if your aim is to stimulate hair growth, Dr. Palep says. In fact, a 1.5-millimeter tool is often considered the go-to because it can better penetrate through hair and scalp buildup. Just note that there is a higher potential for damage and pain if used incorrectly, so you'll want to reach for these much more sparingly — a gap of at least two weeks before each subsequent session is recommended." https://www.bustle.com/style/best-dermarollers-for-hair You can also consider TommyLucchese advice about especially you will be using Minoxidil too.
  17. @DelloYou can always try propecia and if you get sides you can quit. The odds of getting sides are like 1% and the odds of sides continuing after you quit are like .000000000000000001%. I worry that your loss is aggressive and finasteride might not help. Have you ever shaved your head? Or buzzed down to a 1? Maybe you'll like the look. But I would try the propecia.
  18. I've read somewhere that it's generally permanent and may be masked by hair that grows in later.
  19. Hi. Using needles above 1.5mm is dangerous if done without the help of a professional. Be extra careful.
