I vomited for 12 hours when I was botched on my 1st horrific experience at Arenamed clinic in Turkey due to medical malpractice practice of anesthesia overdose andan ambulancecame to rescue ne, on my 2nd procedure\repair HT at HDC clinic all went smooth, but my case on Arenamed was very extreme, I don't compare it to your case, just want to warn ppl from being botched in cheap black market clinics. I know some ppl that vomited after HT, it may be some allergic reaction to the anesthesia or empty stomach as the other members mentioned, I am not allergic to local anesthesia.

Best reviewing will be through video meeting or personal meeting and not by pictures (as I explained above), you had a repair procedure protocol at HDC since you were unhappy with the result from the previous clinic you went before. After the meeting the clinic will decide what to do.

The reference is for 100% successful results and not 100% satisfaction of the paitent, we have articles on our website for a hair transplant procedure and REPAIR hair transplant procedure which UnbaledEagle had, repair procedure is a different protocol. Natural hair have the density of 50-65 hairs per 1 square centimeter average, for today's technology good hair transplant result have 40-55 hairs per 1sq centimeter average, however the covering result also depends on the type of hair, some paitents have very thin hair less than average while another paitent have thick hair that will make better covering density. I myself posted on the forum a thread about cobblestone, there is certain level what can be considered as cobblestone. Even though the clinic right now on recess vacation till the 21th of August, I am still available for every paitent, until yesterday I never had contact with Wonkyhair but I'll be glad to assist. I am always available 24/7 for every paitent, including weekends and holidays, I also answer on my WhatsApp after the clinic is closed even after midnight, I myself was botched and almost died in a clinic in Turkey and the representatives only bullying me till this day, so I always understand and sympathize with every paitent, I truly believe in Dr.Maras work and high moral ethics, on next October Dr.Maras will repair my crown (which was also a failure in the clinic in Turkey). At HDC clinic I can offer you Dr.Christina for 2.0 Euros per graft. We use both manual and motorized punch, there is no better method, it's who is doing the procedure. It's that cheap black market technicians clinics use only motorized punch, but they use generic tools and the unskilled technicians do the surgical parts, on legit clinics only the doctor will do the surgical parts: punch and incisions. On most paitents we use motorized punch gently, manual we use on paitents with curly hair. Thanks @MachoVato, I sued the local representative of Arenamed along with 4 more extremely disappointed paitents, those reps tried to bully me and shut me for sharing my story but I guess it didn't work for them.

Seems to me like NW 5.5-6 with decent average donor, you for surely need 2 procedure, 1st for frontal and hairline, 2nd procedure around second half of the middle scalp backwards to the crown as possible as can. There could a chance of miniaturization at the orange marker area in the future, but the good thing right now I don't see NW7 signs.

The thing is that some clinics on their post instructions marketing that if a paitent won't go for iprf and ect, it will effect the quality absorption of the procedure which is untrue.

@Berxedan7 I understand the frustration too loose hair at your early 20's, medications has side effects for some paitents including me, so I stopped Finasteride, Minoxidil had no side effects on me but didn't help either, however I gonna start using topical formula by HDC of Finasteride and Minoxidil. Usually those medications has less effect on frontal temples from my experience, it's more effective for the middle scalp and crown. The Israeli law forbids defamation, however it allows you to tell the truth objectively, but dubious businesses tend to press false lawsuits against honest bad reviews that don't even speak defamation just to scare the reviewers and public because they assume you wouldn't want to spend money on a lawyer, unlike USA in Israel these lawsuits can take years over years and many honest people don't want to spend money and time for this torture, unfortunately I am the minority for suing the agency that collaborated with Arenamed where I was botched.
