@MC10298 Yes, I actually can show a result after 10-11 years with that area, this paitent was botched too, he had 3 dissatisfied procedures, then he had 2 repair results by Dr. Maras, on the first\4th procedure at HDC, he had HT on the area you marked\side head temples:

Most cases we don't do punch out\relocate grafts, this may cause small spots white scars over the recipient area. We implanted over the existing grafts, I myself had the same kind of repair by Dr. Maras.

This patient was 33 years old and NW4 when he had his repair procedure by Dr. Maras and HDC medical team, he had an unsuccessful FUE in a hair mill at Turkey for about 2500 grafts and you can see this result in the before photos. The clinic team covered the area with only 2400 grafts due to the fact that this patient is a potential class NW5, in order to save donor for future needs. 23 years old is too young for HT, try medications to preserve.

For 1st procedure around 3500-4000+ grafts, if you'll need 2nd procedure it will be 70% minimum amount of the 1st procedure.

Yes that is correct, unlike cheap hair mills that plant double and triple grafts at the hair (WHICH IS WRONG), professional skilled doctors have the challenge to create satisfied high density with only single grafts over the first 3cm of hairline, therefore you need much more quantity of single grafts covering area compare to the middle scalp with double and triple grafts, I myself have thinner hair than the average and I happy with my result by Dr. Maras. * See my example for single grafts implanting hairline vs frontal middle scalp double and triple grafts

1) Undercover paid agents that open hair mill Facebook groups that declare themselves as "casual" people that only open these groups to "help" people without getting or any other interest, same goes for undercover paid blogs\vlogs, many times they block or delete paitent with poor results or botched. 2) Hair mills or bad doctors that steal and post good results from pro level MDs clinics under their name, I myself caught clinics and consultant agencies that took photos of HDC clinic and other doctors. 3) Hair mills or undercover agents that present paitents that won the Russian Roulette as a reference that every paitent can have this kind of result. 4) Photos that were taken in cars 5) Fake Google reviews (for fake bad or fake good results), Google reviews are fake many times if not most. 6) Should I mention more?

I was botched one my 1st HT, then had a repair procedure at HDC. The first clinic that botched from Turkey called Arenamed, they have almost 40000 followers on the Instegram, many cheap hair mills buy fake followers (150$ for 10000 fake followers), I even saw new cheap hair mills with over 1.5 million followers, didn't see any legit MDs clinics with more than few thousands maybe 10000 followers. I myself run 2 business Instagram pages I get to my private mails of "Wannabe be like the big pro stars? Pay us 150$ for 10000 followers" Unfortunately people get into big hype fake followers blof, how a clinic with 40000 followers have only 15-20 likes per a post...

Any FUE or any HT procedure is traumatic, professional clinic will do the minimum trauma compare to amateur clinic, high skilled doctor will customize the best punch for the patient, but also the touch should be gentle, idealistic is do punch between 5 grafts space. Unfortunately I was botched in a hair mill in Turkey called Arenamed clinic, year after I had a repair procedure by Dr. Maras at HDC clinic, most of the grafts in the repair procedure were punched from the sides of my head, I'll attach my photos to compare both recovery results with my scars by Arenamed.

Hi @Marko, 29 years old NW6 with NW7 potential isn't a suitable candidate for HT, would certainly not recommend for s procedure. Better check SMP option, beware of cheap hair mills that may offer you broken promises. I hope you're taking this in the good way to save you a lot of trouble, every ethical clinic will say this.

This specific paitent I didn't coordinate, I am assuming he wanted to frame the temples but either the doctor thought it will be too risky for the natural grafts, or the paitent wanted to save grafts, it's only my personal guess since I don't have his pre operation photos.

Prp and iprf can be effective but I don't know how it will help your case due to early high regression.
