Average area is so so, back head looks healthy, sides should be more examined, you're NW6 with large area to cover, if you can have HT, 1st procedure around 2500-3000+ for hairline, frontal area a bit middle scalp, 2nd procedure would be to continue from middle scalp backwards to the crown as possible, won't cover crown completely. Beard can be used above the hairline but won't be main donor.

It's too early for HT, you need to be at least NW3 and sbove 24 years old to even consider.

Afro hair is the most risky and demanding HT procedure, must have only top notch doctor for that job. I was botched in Arenamed clinic in Turkey on my 1st procedure and I know Afro paitent that was botched over there too, he shared his result on the forum.

Hi guys, small update.. it's been 3 months and 5 days, new baby hairs popping out along the pimples, both on middle scalp, corridors and the crown, pics with different lightings.

@Sqwilliam as the others mentioned above.. we also at our clinic don't accept paitents that younger than 24-25 years old, very few cases we accept around 24-28 years old, 25 years old paitent would expect the density he had when he was 15 years old which in not realistic, also a clinic shouldn't accept young paitents with only NW2 stage, you must have 3cm hairloss of the center of the hairline (NW3) to recreate a new hairline, I see many young paitents at NW2 do only temples without hairline, they're happy for 1-2 years but after they have 2 horns without hair at the center of the hairline and feel devastated, unfortunately some of these paitents can not be repaired because the donor is poor or got botched due overharveste amateurish job, NW2 can have HT only if they're around their 40's. 3rd reason, sone young paitents show potential of NW7 even before they reach their 20's, if they'll have HT the transplanted hair will fall after few years, these paitents can't never have a procedure. HT at young age and early stage can damage natural hair due to shock loss, not enough space to work on. If you unhappy with your result, please do not consider repair procedure now, at HDC we even tell 30+ years old paitents to wait more before doing HT.

At this stage, the paitent should treat his hair without using a hair system for 2-3 months, it's more diffuse Alopecia than normal male hairloss pattern, then he may consider HT, will need 2 procedures with good preservation.

The transplanted hair waving more than 90 degree unnaturally, here is another example from a vlog, this paitent also had those weird hair angles, the only way may look homogeneous is using a gel. BTW, the same goes with crown procedures, that requires implementation in circular pattern for natural good result. I don't have more photos of the paitent

This is a good example how wrong hair angles looks like which contribute for poor density appearance, additionally this poor paitent had terrible job of too deep incisions which caused scarring with abscess over the recipient area, also instead of single grafts the clinic implanted double and triple grafts at the hairline, this was done by a cheap black market clinic in Turkey. *Paitent approved to show his case

These aren't good pictures of your donor, you need to grow it more for at least 2 weeks, don't shave your scalp.

As I said before, HDC roughly estimate 70% minimum grafts amount for further normal procedures. Since my case is a repair protocol, it will better to estimate with least realistic possibility and hoping for the best, especially in my case.

@JC71just for you 😉 It's been now only 2 months and 4 days since my last procedure, so there's only a few new baby hairs you can see over the crown along some pimples as a growth sign, yet you get impression of my donor recovery, few days ago I had a haircut over the donor area only.

@Heliosthanks, HDC actually used micro telescope to scan my scalp before the 1st repair procedure, in Turkey the clinic used 2000 grafts over my crown and only 4 grafts grew up, my frontal area had 3000 grafts with around 10% growth with wrong hair angles and with doubles and triple grafts.

@Ryan Rapnot yet, but I do consider to do a 4th procedure.

The photos are a bit dark to estimate how many grafts you need for your frontal area, but the crown got only few grafts spread, this won't even give low density of 30 hairs per 1sq cm, you need to measure your crown, but I think for the crown you'll need minimum 2000 grafts.
