Temporal peaks need only single grafts with correct hair angles, it seems you have NW6 pattern, need more photos especially of your donor to estimate your case, you for sure need 2 procedures. This is one example of temporal peaks result by Dr. Maras, this paitent is associate of mine, therefore I shot the picture result from right.

I had Finasteride Propecia pills on my 20's and it decreased my sexual drive as well, as a coordinator I can tell that many paitents over the years complaint to me about these side effects, I am using now topical Finasteride mixed with Minoxidil without any issues.

For the front around 2500-3200, crown depends because you didn't do measurements so I'll say around 1700-2200 grafts.

Can you share pics from back head and other side? It looks risky to use your side donor, it looks you have Alopecia over there.

I think it's a bit too soon to have HT, density too soon for the crown. At HDC clinic in Cyprus we charge 2.2 - 2.4 Euros per graft and recommended in this forum, we do have availability on those dates.

For high density crown procedures should have triple grafts as much can be punched, also the clinic must make circulation pattern for better illustration coverage effect.

Around 3000+- grafts, but need to check it's not too early for you to have HT, if it's too early some natural exist hair can be overrun and destroyed. Additionally your donor need to be checked if it's healthy, Caucasian blonde hair tends to have less coverage effect vs black hair.

Here's my 2 cents, be aware that in Turkey, you have clinics with allegedly so called declared "doctors" that doesn't have a real MD certificates just a local Turkish draft, even if they preform the surgical parts, in Turkey you have some MD doctors that preform the surgery but don't except them to charge hair mills price. For instance you can open tomorrow a clinic in Turkey and call your Dr. Poorswiss and no one will enforce on you any federal laws, most the clinics don't have MDs and not following professional FUE protocol and I am talking as someone who got botched by Arenamed clinic in Turkey Istanbul, thankfully I had 2 repairs since then.

4600 grafts were done in 1 day of surgery?

Very aggressive hairloss for 32 years old, definitely will reach NW6, we need you to post sides head donor, the neck donor looks limited with quantity.

Mega sessions like 5000+ grafts can be done if the donor area is very strong much above average with FUE, meaning it won't be overharveste if the clinic know how to do the job well.

NW6 cases are very varies between every paitent, some need 6000-7000+ grafts and some even need more than 10000 grafts, depends how large the recipient area is, what type hair, donor quality, how many triple grafts you have, in what age the paitent became NW6, realistic expectations, ect... The one thing that in common between every NW6 paitents is the fact they at least need 2 procedures, procedure after procedure can be done after around 8-9 months. At HDC clinic we have a large history of doing procedures for NW6 paitents both by our MDs Dr. Maras and Dr. Christina. This is example for former NW6 paitent with strong thick hair donor that had 2 procedures by Dr. Christina, 1st procedure for frontal area was done on March 2019 with 3600 grafts, 2nd procedure November 2020 with 4500 grafts, the post final result video and photos were taken on November 2021.
