Hey James did u do Fue or FUT? I also have the same fears as u .. n I have an upcoming surgery date with diep also .. some days I’m ready to do it ,. Then some days my hair don’t seem too bad n I worry if the transplant will do more harm than good .. So could start ur own thread and document it with pics n stuff, so I can keep track of ur progress.. thanks

Crap like this makes me mad . What r u doing to stop the dht from shrinking ur hair follicles ? U think a shampoo is going to stop that ? N why r u paying Belgravia a middle man for minoxidil that u can buy at. Grocery store but for triple the cost ? Y r u paying belgravia for info about hairloss when u know all the information about hairloss from the Internet n forums.. sell ur cure to the government n get it FDA approved then do ur advertisement.. u just talking out of ur aSS N I WOULD OF FELL FOR IT . If I didn’t try all that crap before n wasted my time .. losing hair is a big deal n a tough battle .. don’t belittle us with ur crap cure , u would of been rich already if u had the answers ..

Yeah I agree with u guys .. his videos are always bashing fue.. how about videos of some the good work u do instead .. that makes more sense .. n better marketing

Ur hairloss wasn’t that bad to begin with.. So knowing what u know now n what u been through n the money u spent . Would u of went the hair transplant route again ? I’m in the same Position as u .. I’m still debating if I should do this ,. I’m booked for 2000 grafts with dr diep later this year for $16000k to the hairline like u .. do u think it be worth it for me ? I appreciate ur feedback ..

I haven’t tried the prp, n probably never will .. it’s not cost effective with no scientific data it works well .. i was about to do it myself. Found some deals half off on Groupon for prp.. it’s still expensive however .. i would of spent the money to try it but reviews of it causing more harm (shock loss ) than it actually helping I decide it’s not for me .. it’s the anesthesia shots to numb ur scalp to prepare u for prp injections .. if ur hair is already fragile n Miniaturized its not strong enough to survive that kinda of trauma to ur scalp .. I think that’s why doesn’t have a good success rate .. but im just speaking bro science right now .. it’s just my logical thinking .. however it depends on the clinic .. some are more capable of making this technology work n benefit us .. while some clinic just buy the machine n test it on us n charge us $1500+ a session .. personally for me .. unless prp or laser helmets get fda approved for efficacy ( meaning it works for the majority ) it’s not the solution ..

U don’t have enough donor hair to cover ur whole scalp .. unless u have a lot of body hair to supplement the lack of a good donor . .. honestly I think u look age appropriate.. Not sure if it be worth the time n risk n money in ur case ..

Dude , fin worked for u good .. u had a serious case of dht attacking ur follicles .. I mean u still look like u.balding. But not slick or patchy bald like in previous pic ... gives me hope... well what’s ur donor look like ? U can only transplant most of what h have on the back to the top .

HT is right, u will be a difficult case .. u have to think of this logically .. r u willing to spending $thousands of dollars .. for multiple surgeries .. ur results won’t be great , if the docs r able to transfer 3/4 of ur current donor hair to the top of ur scalp .. will it look that much better than a shaved head? Fut then FUe will give u max coverage , but ur donor is already weak , there’s no way the fut scar won’t be noticeable given the amount of grafts u will need . N all FUe won’t give u enough coverage .. u have to decide either to have a bald crown with a hairline + midscalp .. or have total coverage , with low density all over .. a buzzcut kinda look .. or shave it or just accept how u r .. n save thousands of money n time ..

I also like Hasson n wong .. they run a top notch clinic .. n will probably give u better customer service n possibly free repairs if it’s there fault .. doctor diep doesn’t do that.. I think h&w will give u a better master plan , planning for ur future hairloss over short term gains .. so either choice would be good ..

I have an upcoming surgery date with diep end o f this year .. N I’m looking forward to it .. I know he be able to get the job done .. - he does two patients a day nowAdays ..he does the extractions , and hairline incisions and the techs does implantation .. he’s booked up until December , so if u are going with him u should book it soon .. it’s a long waitlist .. the more grafts u do the cheaper his fees are .. it’s between $8-9..

I’m hoping doctor diep gives me this kind of result when my surgery date comes up .. it’s kinda nerve racking n expensive , but I’m willing to take a chance on him to give back some of my youth ..

Even if u get hairline lowering surgery u will still need to get a hair transplant later when ir hair recedes and reveal the scar .. that’s why that surgery is not recommended for guy .. girls are okay since they don’t recede on their hairline like guys .. I know about this because I wanted that surgery before myself since I have. Big forehead .. yeah ur best bet is taking Finasteride or minoxidil to retain what u have until u get older.. just got to comb ur hair in a way to where ur forehead isn’t being showcased like growing bangs .. that’s what I did ..

I read from Rassman blog that if u have an anti histamine disorder where ur skin bruises easily ,, the redness can linger for a long long time .. that’s what scares me .. he also said to test urself by scratching ur forehead n see how long the redness remains.. .. that’s a good idea to use girls foundation for coverup the redness ..

I didn’t even read what he wrote .. I just did a refill on finasteride . I only have two pills left .. n Kaiser said it won’t be available til Wednesday since it’s a special order. Since I didn’t want the generic but the brand name that costs $120 , generic $20.. it’s worth the price until I hop on brand name proscar n split the pills .. I’m. Not taking Any chances on losing Any more hair .. even if I have to pay more , I know it works and don’t really notice side effects .. I’m not paying $120 a month for something that doesn’t help me . My two cents .

Ur hair is not falling off because of ur change in nutrition .. u actually eating pretty well .. The roids are increasing ur testosterone levels to a much higher level than normal rate.. 3 times higher in ur case ,, n ur body is not knowing what to do so u experiencing all these issues now .. u keep up with the roids n u be experiencing much worse issues than hairloss .. ur hair fall is ur body telling u to stop hurting ur self so it can go back to being normal .. With that high a testosterone level , u have too many leftover TRT in ur body so a lot more testosterone to convert into DHT , so much dht that it’s even affecting the back of ur hair , usually areas that’s dht resistant .. so it’s bad .. Finasteride is the only thing u can take to stop the testosterone from turning into dht that’s affecting ur hair .. - last year when I had my testosterone level check it was very high it was at the max level .. during this time my hair was getting thinner n shrinking n breaking like straw too .. I’m on finasteride for 9 months now n my hormones seemed stablized n less hair fall.. - well stop taking the roids n let ur body heal n hopefully ur hair will grow back .. u could just experiencing telogen effuvium at the moment . Those type of hairloss grows back once ur body recovers .. so don’t get too stressed out or u just make it worse .. good luck to u

I was just wondering if u had tattoos on ur body and u no issues with healing.. would that be a good sign thay ur scalp can handle a hair trAnzplNt ? I’m really worried about the redness / pinkish look on the recipient area lasting too long .. I’ve read upon a few people here that had a good transplant but that redness lingers pass a year .. do u guys think there is a correlation here with the tatoos ..

His results were extremely good .. people would pay a lot of money for his hair .. what is it u don’t like about ur transplant Oscar? It’s cases like these that scares me away from a transplant , even when it turns out good , there’s always something wrong ..

My hair caliber is thinner n weaker now .. look at how thick my hair uSed to be .. I had to get a haircut every month because it was so thick .. now I haven’t cut the top of my hair for almost a year now .. so it’s definitely thinning .. one thing all 3 doctors agreed upon was that finasteride will really help me n I shouldn’t understand estimate it .. I also stopped dyeing my hair , so hopefully that helps .. some people go through a midlife crisis and buy a new sports car .. I rather use that money n get me new hair .. 2000 grafts to my hairline will do wonders for it don’t u guy think ? As of right now ,, I kinda like My hair long like this.. it took me Awhile to accept my thinnni f hair n to just work with what I got .. so it looks better n doable now .. I never thought I would go bald until I went to see the dermatologist at Kaiser to get me a prescription if finasteride .. in July 2017 . First thing he said to me is I’m going to go bald like Bruce Willis .. what an asshole right .. I was like it’s not that bad is it. I was like do some testing first he said he already know just by looking at it n pulled out a hand microscope n he was like see there’s miniaturized hair on the hairline n some on the crown .. ever since then I’ve been depressed about my hair . But that doctor don’t seee to know much about hair .. I don’t trust him.. he didn’t even know if there was a dht test .. I had a FaceTime consultation with doctor Rassman he said he would bet a million bucks I wouldn’t go bald.. but he didn’t see me in person though .. - doctor diep said I won’t be bald either .. so that eases my mind . I have no known history of family hairloss .. everyone in my family has thick hair .. my dad died as a Norwood 1 or 2 at 55 .. my brothers are Norwood 1 n so was I until 36..

I’m sorry I know ur clinic does great work .. but this patient has barely any hair on top or back ... even if u able to to get more hairs transplanted via fut for this patient .. it still won’t be enough hair .. he’s still going to be buzzing his hair n keeping it short .. there no way he be able to hide a FUT scar .. not only will h be looking baldish or with thin buzzed hair .. he’s going to be so self conscious about the scar .. it’s going to be so obvious.. this guy will probably be spending extra money and time to get FUe into his fut scar or smp eventually to hide that scar .. n he’s still going to look like he’s balding up top ..

The new hairs u seeing. Are the shedded hairs that have grown back after their shed cycle only thinner n weaker .. u have MPB .. eating healthy n stuff can only do so many much .. u need finasteride to slow down ur hair shedding before they disappear .. but even fin can only do so much .. sorry u experiencing hairloss at such a young age .. it be okay though.
