  1. Okay JDD - we all know you are the smartest guy in the room and always will be. Pure aesthetics my friend - at the very frontal hairline that mimics nature. That's all. I appreciate true artistry and obsessive detail that yields the very best in cosmetic surgery. My final frontal hairline design will reflect that. In the U.S. for those 750 to 1,500 final grafts that will be either Shapiro or Konior or in N. America Wong. My only point really was ALL grafts (FUE or FUT), but especially 1 haired grafts should be inspected w/microscopes to make sure the very frontal hairline one pays so much money for is completely natural to the naked eye. Trained eye or casual eye. Cheers!
  2. Also, I don't believe his techs inspect grafts that 'appear' to be 1 haired follicular units w/loops on are inspected and dissected under a microscope either. So? You end up w/doubles and triples in your frontal hairline if some of these follicular units have extra grafts in them that are not actively growing or are nearly translucent. Correct me if I'm wrong Koray patients? I don't believe his techs are inspecting '1 haired follicular appearing' grafts under a microscope after extraction? The very best FUE doctor's techs look at every single FUE follicular units under a microscope and are trimmed if needed and inspected to clearly see exactly how many follicular units are in each graft. If not done you'll end up with a certain amount of doubles and triples in your hairline after it grows out - nobody wants that. It's not natural. Very important in my opinion for the very most realistic hairline 'cause that's what people see first! Koray is not a top-tier 'artistic' fue surgeon for hairlines in my opinion.
  3. I'll have him take pics before my 2nd surgery with him showing my hair at 2 months growth to match what my hair growth was pre-1st surgery. Going back in December of '18.
  4. Sorry. $1 USD for 4,500 FUT grafts. $2 USD for 500 FUE grafts.
  5. Yea; I paid $1 USD per graft (4,500 FUT) in March '17 & I paid $2 USD per graft (500 FUE) in March '17 Extra $500 USD for the pre-screening medical bloodwork & misc. w/ 1-2 night stay at his clinic in Jaipur w/meals included. I had surgery on a Friday and stayed at his clinic Thur/Fri/Sat night (stayed an extra night 'cause he doesn't do surgery on Sunday & he was leaving on vacation that day w/his wife). I'll be doing what will probably be my last FUT with him again in Nov/Dec of '18 (19-21 months from my initial surgery with him).
  6. Dr. Soni could do a large session with you - I think you'd have very good results w/your hair quality. His closure w/fut is very good as well (if you need another FUT in the future). Good luck!
  7. Do they examine manually extracted grafts under a micrscope to ensure that grafts that look like 1 haired-follicles are truly 1 haired-follicles? If a clinic doesn't use a micrscope AFTER extraction - MANY apparent 1 haired-follicles really contain 2 hairs (without using a micrscope). A magnification loop nor the naked eye is good enough to spot lurking 2 haired-follicles that look like 1 haired ones.
  8. Surprised as well. Northwest Lace usually bends over backwards to sort you out and keep you as a long-term customer.
  9. Yea; pretty obvious at that length. But like you wrote - a bit longer and you're good. You should take pics when it gets to that 'just right length.'
  10. All medications have risk of side effects. I am so tired of dut/fin stories - but each year millions of new men start losing their hair and poorly research the actual clinical results and scientific facts.
  11. You must be the RARE patient that can't get at least 6K of FUT graphs available. Appears you have good donor hair and without transplants would be a NW6. Very early balding in your case and if you want more hair I would think you have at least another 4K of FUE available. You just need more hairs if you want further coverage.
  12. Before shots should MATCH after shots in styling as well. To see cosmetically how the hair looked to the casual observer before/after without a comb lifting the before hair away from scalp. Good pics though - just would like to see more clinics do apples to apples w/same hair length to same hair length and styling as well. One of my big pet peeves is hair that is 2-3 months buzzed in before pics and then the after pics are completely grown out. I realize this is how it works - we grow our hair out after procedures. Usually much longer because we now have more hairs and better cosmetic coverage. Also, would like to see your pics w/grafts placed and higher resolution and more closeup. Great work though and lots of microscopically dissected singles in the hairline only- right? Meaning - you double check all 'singles' via a microscope to ensure it is truly a one-haired follicular unit, right? Nice work, although to 99% of people completely unnecessary.
  13. You spent thousands on hair transplantation; visit an experienced local dermatologist. Don't just consult w/your surgeon - it's not their specialty.
  14. My response is spot on and you know it - thus you don't address the important issues. Bye.
  15. Whatever dude. It's deceptive and no moral doctor would condone such practices. I'm sure he never reviews every word on his website either - 'cause that would be the correct thing to do. Except someone who wants more money for their practice - regardless of how they build it. Shameful - but thanks for coming in here and being a good little cheerleader. Go away.
  16. This is baloney! H&W have done 7K-8K FUT in one sitting before - with well over 15K total hairs.
  17. Okay; good luck on your journey. Soni is best FUT surgeon in India by far. Sometimes Dr. Soni goes on vacation for a week and since he and his wife live/run Medispa in Jaipur - perhaps no one is around for a week. Let us know who you decide to go with down the road.
  18. I had a procedure with them in March '17 No idea why your having issues. Keep trying - they are worth it. They have a main phone number w/2 receptionists (girls) at front desk. Perhaps try and call that number (Medispa) and then ask to speak with Dr. Soni. His English is very good and you might get your problem resolved quickly. I know his 3 main guys that do marketing, scheduling, etc... are ALWAYS on their computer or phone - so no idea why you are having such issues.
  19. I would suggest (in Asia) Dr. Suneet Soni. He's in Jaipur, India. He can dense pack and is very artistic w/huge cost savings. Very experienced as well.
  20. This must be what it is like for a guy w/an 8 inch dong who isn't satisfied unless it is 9.25 inches! Jeez... peace
  21. If you have to go FUE cheap - then go to Kapil Dua or Bhatti in India. Even then for 2.5K you won't get more than 2K of grafts. Better to steal extra money and if going to Turkey then go w/doctors you keep hearing about on this forum.
  22. Baloney! Go to factories overseas where technical skill is dominated by women who are faster than men and more durable. Those are the facts. Apples to apples women are much better and more durable for repetitive tasks that require dexterity because their hands are smaller. Union and dispute stuff is off topic.
  23. There is nothing wrong with trying a hair laser. Many come w/6 month guarantee or money back. Nothing good huh hair rep guy? Whatever... Women respond BEST to laser since they usually have hair all over their head and have thicker and more dense natural heads of hair than men - on average. Even transplant docs advising for laser will tell you the same thing.
