I understand where your coming from but it comes down to this question. Would you rather a team of 4 individuals rotating who are trained specifically for there job? Or an individual surgeon to do 8 hours of intense labour which could lead to major fatigue? Trust me you don't want any fatigue when your implanting the grafts, plus his keep method practically guarantees that the follicle is implanted effectively. We could debate these subjects for weeks, but at the end of the day, regardless of certifications and methods being used, Erdogan gets the results. I still to this day haven't seen a negative review about ASMED. Plus at 2.50 euro is a bargain compared to what western coalitions charge.

Really sorry about your result, has path provided any explanation to you as to why this was a failed ht? This is a real shame as he's a golden follicle award winner and a coalition winning doc for the locals in the south. Goes to show that these awards and certifies mean absolutely nothing. Have you considered pursuing erdogan in Turkey or any of the Belgium docs?

Really interesting thread, some great posts, i have the same recession as OP, and i've been quoted 3200 as well, at the end of the day I think a strong hairline kings crown any day of the week as the frame of the face is imperative. Long term wise if 1/3 of your hair requires 3k, then 7-9k donors is all you need.. I do think you should go see a local hair surgeon and get a donor graft count tho to ease your mind. or perhaps you should record a video of your donor region and comb through it up and down and send it to a surgeon who would give you a good estimate.

I'm pretty sure belguims bisanga or feredini are known to take on some complex cases such as these. But your best bet for money is koray erdogan from Turkey hands down. Lorenzo from Spain. I'm from Australia, personally, if your going to spend 8-12 dollars a graft like Australian surgeons charge, i'd rather go to Canada or America, even better pay half the price and and travel to Turkey.

You have beautiful and thick hair originally, i don't see why he wouldn't compact your hairline? To be quite honest, i think you may have to fill it in in the future.... David is there a reason as to why he went so conservative with this patients hairline?

Don't you think that 800 grafts isn't enough to cover a good density? or did u want it to be thin, and natural look for your hairline? The spacing is quite far apart, but has bhatti done that for a reason? Or was it a money issue as to why you didn't go ahead with more?
