  1. Just seems to me like my DHT level of 12 is too low. Report says, "critical." That's why I'm trying to get some input. Maybe I should change my regimen to raise my DHT it a little to have it at a safe/normal range. Like cut the DUT and add a topical antiandrogen like Cbo301, RU58841, or Pyralitamide.
  2. I did a couple years ago, I had a huge setback when I stopped the only thing I was on finesteride, so I can have a baby. Had to have a 6th HT repair job by Dr Mwamba.
  3. Pyralitamide? ... I never heard of it, but I will look into it, thx.. I was looking into CB-03-01. Trying to find the right regimen is hard and nerve wrecking cause after 6 HTs, I'm out of donor hairs.
  4. Damn... You're right. I had to double check. My mistake. I take 0.5 mg.... 2 x a week. Thanks for pointing that out.
  5. Been struggling with the hair for many years... I've had multiple hair transplants. I'm on TRT now and I'm trying to keep the transplanted and native hairs I have left. My regimen consists.. Oral minoxidil 5mg daily. Finasteride 1mg 5 days a week. Dutasteride .5 mg on the 2 days I don't take Fin I took a blood test for Dihydrotestosterone, and it came back pretty low. 12. It's not within nornal range. Anyone have any input that can help me out.. Should I change my preventive regimen to try to raise it?
  6. I'm curious, have you tried toppik on the crown area. I bet it looks really good with it.
  7. I was super worried about that too, but to be completely honest. Zero scarring in my case. You can not tell at all. I did have a great dr though.. Dr Mwamba
  8. Curious... Couldnt you use the nape hair for the crown? I'm sure you can get a good amount. I had a repair surgery with Dr Mwamba, and he used a lot of nape hair for my hairline and I it left zero scarring.
  9. Spoke to someone from Dr Mwamba's office, and she told my by January she will have an update of the new locations Dr Mwamba will be performing in the USA.
  10. Best results I've ever seen when judging from your starting point. Congrats. I'm jealous. I've had 6 HTs, over 12k grafts... And your result is much better then mine.
  11. The armpit fue aftercare sound exactly what I thought I'd be like. Lol. But great to know. 👍👍👍👍
  12. Looks great. I think it looks much better like this then the shaved look. But to each their own I didn't know you used armpit hair... I didn't even know anyone uses armpit hair. Interesting. How's the aftercare as far as healing of armpit hair?
  13. Hey Mustang... So you had smp done too deep, and then done where it wasn't deep enough. If this time you found the sweet spot... What is it? I'm looking to get smp too, and knowing how deep you went this time could really help me and others.
  14. Just got off the phone with Dr Mwamba secretary.... The building he was doing HT out of in NJ has been sold and he is in the process of finding another location in the USA. Maybe NY, or maybe NJ again. But he still works out of Atlanta, so rebook your appt for Atlanta. I guess I got extremely lucky when I had my HT with Dr MWamba earlier this year when he was 40 mijutes from my home in NJ. I was already planning of going back and use more beard grafts for a small touch up in the future.
  15. Interesting, so you're going to have Smp in the top of your head too. I'd be very interested to see those results. Some smp guys are shying away from smp for density on top due to mixed results.
  16. Hey Mustang.. Looking great, perfect imo. And hate to break it to ya, but I doubt you'll ever be done. Lol. You're such a perfectionist that you'll be getting super small procedures 10 years from now. Lol. Question.. Why do you continue needing more smp procedures? I know it's temporary but Is it cause the sun fades it away quicker. I heard when people get smp on top of head they have to constantly worry about the sun and apply sunblock
