There's another guy on here, Mustang, he just had smp done to his donor section lightly... It came out pretty good. But he also said it's his 3rd time trying smp with the other 2 times not workimg out so great. Goto his most recent update.

You really can't tell the smp in those pics... But with the skin fade, now I can definitely see the fue scars. I won't go lower then 3 guard, or mine are noticible too. I'm really on the fence on smp. Appreciate all the info bro. 👍👍👍

Are you considering doing the rest with smp? Looks good, but you're right I do see where the existing smp ends. How short do you cut your hair in the back, like what size clipper?

Like 3 years ago I was ready to get my smp here with Ahead Inc in NJ, after having had one consultation with them, but when I called for the follow up to set up appt, then told me they don't do SMP for density anymore. Said something that about getting mixed resutls.

Well, I think the hairline is most important, so if he can fix it with 500.... that will make a big difference. And repair the donor with 1200 Beard and chest... sounds like it would also make a huge impact since you like to cut your hair so short like mustang. In my situation.. He fixed my hairline by lowering it a little, but tbh, I'm not 100% satisfied because it needs more density. I think in your case since he's just filling in for density, 500 would make a big difference. And he also filled in some spots in my donor area, but I still can't cut it too short cause I can see the over harvesting spots. So I keep it at a length that hides the over harvesting pretty good. I'm already looking into another repair job with Dr Mwamba. Heres a pic of my hairline after Dr Mwamba lowered it just a little.... It definitely could use more density. Both pics taken on same day but different lighting.

I used to use to swear by dermmatch. But now I use topic. Just easier to put and take off.

Good luck. I think Dr Mwamba will Def help you. He helped me with some spots in my donor area and my FUT scat. He's very good at that.

Yep. $5 graft vs $10. And no discount even though I saw Dorin 2 times already. And Dr Mwamba is coming back to the US. I was told they'd have an update on the new location by June.

I'd recommend Dr Mwamba over Dr Dorin. Dr Mwamba was working out of 2 locations in the US. I saw him in New Jersey last year. He is one of the best and for half the price of Dorin.

The beard looks good. I gotta use Just for men beard dye every week. Medium brown. Maybe you might want to try it and have your barber shape it up nice. Enjoy the beard while you got it since you plan on using it for the next surgery.

I was terrified of removing beard grafts for the fear of scars it might leave behind, but it was a 100‰ success. Over 1000 beard grafts with Zero scars left behind. Now I want do another HT to touch up some spots with Mwamba using more beard grafts.

Lol... Funny reading my last comment from 2019. “I beat baldness" I actually had a huge setback in 2021 cause I stopped taking all the meds and had to have repair work done in early 2022 by Dr Mwamba. Nader did a good job filling FUT scar but it wasn't completely gone. Dr Mwamba filled in the remaining spots on my FUT scar with beard hair

I've been to Nader 3 times. He's great, and affordable too. Stick to the medications always buddy. I stopped my medication after being very satisfied with my HTs and I had a huge setback. Maybe you should look into oral minoxidil cause the topical is a huge pain in the butt.

Ooohhh... I read it so fast and saw critical.. First time I ever got my DHT levels checked. I still have to discuss with my dr. Thanks so much for pointing that out. 👍👍👍

Thank for the input... I guess that is where in at, just worried if my DHT level is too low. I'll probably drop the DUT to once a week instead of twice and test my levels again in 4 months. I wish I started my regimen earlier too and didn't stop... I was always led to beleive that transplanted hair doesn't fall out, and that it Def not true.

Interesting. Thx man for your input. And I stopped Fin once years ago, never again. Huge setback. I was only thinking about lowering dosage since I thought I was too low.

Thx man.. Been on trt for a long time now. Over 5 years. I've been on fin and minox all these years... But after my last transplant with Dr Mwamba, I asked about DUT, and if adding it once or twice a week instead of Fin would be a good idea because I was more worried then anything. So he prescribed it. So now that I got my lab work showing I have critically low dht of 12... (of course it's due to the fin/DUT) I'm trying to get input or suggestions where I should go from here.
