Donor looks good, hairline is conservative but that is what you wanted, and tbh, it looks good. And the procedure looks like a homerun, looks like they did a great job, and with the temples too. You did a great write up too. It's good you put the truth out there that Dr Hassan does do more then 1 patient a day, he didn't do the harvesting or implanting, and he didn't even check on you at the end of each day..... Especially for paying top dollar. But thats how it is sometimes. I went to Dr Dorin in NYC years ago and it was a similar experience, except he did check on me end of the procedure. Good luck bud. 🤙

Just a heads up... I been on finesteride for years, I stopped it 2 years ago because I wanted to have another baby, and 6 months later, my lady was pregnant. I have a beautiful baby girl that just turned 1 last week. But I totally understand if you want to stay away from finesteride, but you might to reconsider on taking minoxidil. You already spent the money and started your journey... Now you should want to try and keep what you have, and keep your new transplanted hair, because they can fall out too. Minoxidil will help, and has no side effects as far as fertility. It will make a huge difference. If your Dr told you that you won't ever need any medication, then he lied to you. Anyways... You are definitely growing, and it only gets better from here.

First I heard of any laser therapy having such a drastic results in only 3 weeks. I think you probably would have gotten the same results without using the lasercap since you're growing your hair back out from a HT. Either way... You do amazing work for the community. Rooting for to bro.

Since you keep your hair so short, I can see what your trying to fill in. It's hardly noticible at all, but what's 1 more HT so you can be 100% satisfied. Where is the other 200-300 going?

I thought the smp didn't work out. I remember you post in great resutks for smp, and then later said it didn't last long. I could see me going back to Dr Mwamba also for another BHT to donor. He's only a 40 minute when he is in New Jersey.

I don't have a thread yet. I'm taking a lot pics and documenting my results. Maybe I'll post a thread up in the future. You can private message me if you need any more detailed help or info on Mwamba. I've also been to Dr Nader in México and Dr Dorin in NYC. There a definitely a couple of great threads on here that had great results from Dr Mwamba, like Mustang. (probably the most amazing HT journey you'll ever come across IMO)

I had my surgery with Dr Mwamba in NJ about 6 weeks ago, I can tell you he does like 90% of the work himself. Which is a lot more then then my previous DR in NY and the other Dr I saw in México did. He rents one of the rooms from a Dermatologist, and she is learning from Dr Mwamba. She says she does HT's too and does help out a little, as does Dr Mwamba's assistant. But like I said, the vast majority of the work is all done by Mwamba. And I will say this... Dr Mwamba is a beast... In my 2nd day he worked on me from 10am till 3AM in the morning. Never rushed and always in a good mood.

I asked if there was any type of discount... 20% if you let him use your photos for advertisement. He covers your face for discretion.

I had a HT with Dr Mwamba 6 weeks ago, and I would definitely recommend him.

Why would you want to fix your donor area at the expense of your hairs in top? I also went to Dr Mwamba and he did a repair job in my donor area, using beard and nape hair. I already notice a huge difference in my problem area and it's only been 5 weeks.

I think it's just a myth... I had multiple HT, DR Dorin in NY said it makes no difference, and I just had one with Dr Mwamba and he said the same thing. So I left the top long. I feel it's more work for the Dr, but as long as I'm not getting charged more. Worked better for me.

The way Melvin did the side by side Pic shows how far you've come. Definitely an improvement. I do that a lot, collage pics from different angles, side back, front.... To see where I started and recent to see the progress.

These are the months where it will start to grow. I'm rooting for you bro. I know your stress... Been there. I've just had my 6th HT, and I had some beard grafts placed un my crown too. But looks like you have enough where you can get it to look great with hair fibers for now. I used to use dermmatch for years, but switched to toppik. Both are great. How's the front looking?

Are you taking fin/minoxidil?

For life... Or until you don't care about your hair anymore. If you are want to quit one of them, quit fin/dur. After multiple HT's, I made the mistake and quit them both, and had a huge setback. I'm back on both and had to have another HT.
