    I actually had two FUT surgeries, on in 08, and the other two days ago. But all grafts this time around were put in the front, 2379, by Dr Dorin in NYC. It's my understanding I can go ahead and do a FUE procedure in my crown area in as little as 30 days now.

    Amazing. Great thread to read, and even better that you posted pics on a month to month basis. It was like a horror story with a happy ending. Lol.

    Here's a pic of m crown area. Anyone here want to make a guesstimate how many grafts I need? I say around 1500 should do the job great.

    I know it looks pretty bad.... I was thinking (hoping) 1500-2000 would cover it good. I just had my second FUT last week. First one in 08. But this time around, I had all the grafts put into the front area. 2400. So. Since I didn't touch the crown area, I'll be able to do FUE in as little as a month after this last procedure. But so freaking expensive in USA. There has to be good respectable doctor out there that can do it for 5-6 a graft.

    Looking to get FUE procedure done on just my crown. I already know you get what you pay for etc etc.... I've had two FUT with a top surgeon in NYC. But I can't afford his FUE prices.

    Ah, thanks.... I'm going to look into him. Awesome. I know there's a Dr. Nader in Mexico that is supposed to be good and affordable too.

    Thanks. I actually made an appointment with him for consultation next month. But, I have a feeling he's going to be too expensive. I'd be willing to pay like 5 or 6 for around 2000... But I hear the good doctors in NYC area charge like 10 a graft.

    Hi everyone. New to this site.... But not new to hair loss, treatments and surgery. Had my first surgery FUT with Dr.Dorin back in November of 2008, and just recently (finally) did my second FUT. But... I concentrated only on the frontal area. About 2400 grafts. What I need to get done now is my crown area. But I want to go with FUE. What are other Doctors in the NYC area that are affordable and experienced to help me out. Heres a pic on my crown area. Maybe I can get input on recommendation and price. Thanks.
