  1. I had this problem for years... And being single at the time... The best thing I did was get dark sheets and dark pillow cases. And once I wake up, turn it over. Lol. I did this for years when i was using dermmathc religiously
  2. I got antibiotics and creams from 2 different dermatologists and honestly I don't think anything helped much. but it did go away after some months went by... Like 3 or 4. I do remember being told specifically not to pop them cause it would get worse.
  3. I remember dealing with the ingrowh hairs in my neck area after my procedure with Dr Mwamaba. It sucked.... Went to a couple of dermatologist and it took about 3 months to fully go away.
  4. Oh damn... Something very similar happen to my beard area after having grafts extracted. I think it's because I did a razor shave on that beard area a week after the surgery. It took months for it to heal for me. Good luck.
  5. So I found a very very informative video. It seems lowering my dosage of trt to 120mg a week has made a significant change for the better for me.
  6. So, since you're now pretty much an expert on the process of smp too, after having it done multiple times by different technicians... What do you consider the best way to do smp? Like... There Should be a certain depth and dot size, right?
  7. Amazing. You cracked the code. 👍👍👍 Looks like you never had any FUE done.
  8. Do you live in Brussels? Cause you must have seen Dr Mwamba like 20 times. I wish he was still working out of NJ. It was only an hour drive for me.
  9. Looks like a perfect job of SMP. So how does it look with the hair growing out a little, or do you shave like every other day.
  10. I'm looking into 17 alpha-estradiol, I can't find much info. Lots of trans women take it from what I can find. Would my urologist prescribe this, or is this something on the black market? Is it Pills or some topical solution? I dont know how you come across this stuff Mustang but you are on another level with your info.
  11. Never heard of alfa estradiol. Thx Mustang... Will look into it. 🫶
  12. So it looks like Pyrilutamide Iwas being sold for about a year, but isn't being sold anywhere these days. There was some sort of cease and desist to the companies, like Anagenic, that were selling it. Some on reddit say this is a good sign and it will be sold soon. I did find that minoxidilmax sells Pyrilutamide, but from what I can research, everyone is saying it's probably fake and most likely just RU.
  13. Thanks... I've seen a couple places online that sell it even Amazon. But I think I'll go wotu the official link you sent me. Thx again.
  14. I thought Anagenic was a reputable source to get RU. Does anyone have a reputable source to buy RU, CosmeRNA, or Pyrilutamide?
  15. No sides, but I'm also on trt so I'm sure that helps. I've been back to using RU58841 for the past month. I was debating between that and cb-03-01, but I went with the RU. Now I have to look back nto Pyrilutamide. I forgot all about until Melvin mentioned it. It was still in clinical trials when I looked into it 2 years ago. I would try that if I can get a good reliable source.. And first I heard of CosmeRNA... I need to lokj more into that.
  16. Whoa... THANKS Melvin I gotta look up all this stuff. I've been Googling for months, trying to find a different approach. Not sure what telogen effluvium, CosmeRNA, or Pyrilutamide is, But I'm going to look into it and schedule a visit with an endocrinologist. Never thought about that. An endocrinologist can do a hormone check up and maybe help me. Thx. I'm a little nervous of stopping finesteride compeltely and doing only dutasteride cause I heard some people had bad experiences. I think I'll bump it up to 3 times a week and finesteride the other 4 days.
  17. Thanks bud, great info. So, Good vascular health to the scalp ... What do you mean by that? By just taking oral minoxidil? Or do you mean dermaroll or prp. I feel like prp would help, but it's mostly negative reviews about it being too expensive for little resutls. I did blood work for my DHT like 6 months and it was like super low.... 12. Which I thought was good.
  18. Pretty similar to mine. Expect no top prog. I dropped the test down to 120 last week, I hope that makes a difference. I'm pretty sure my continued hair loss is related to the high test. So why did you stop? So many benifits being on trt.
  19. You're right about Mwamba.. He actually did my last surgery. And he repaired some over harvested areas on my donor area with beard.
  20. Def not big/buff anymore... I was when I was taking 200 ml a week, but cutting it down to 120 ml has me looking more normal/healthy. And I WISH I could shave it all off, but like a responded to an earlier comment... After 2 FUTs, and 4 FUEs, my donor area must looked horribly scarred. Doubt even smp could save it. I honestly think it was the high dose of trt and lack of meds that made my transplanted hairs fall out over the years.... But it's still falling out even with the meds and low trt dosage. It's not DUPA.
  21. Thanks bud.. Everything is prescribed by doctors. I do blood work every 4 months. I would say my trt regimen is now on the low side. I'm 48 now, I just want to be healthy. I wish I could just shave all my hair off but my donor area would look like a war zone after 2 FUTs and 4 FUEs.
  22. I wish I knew then what I know now. I was always under the impression that transplanted hair won't fall out. Had my first HT in late 2008, and then 2015, 2016, 2018, 2020, and my last one in 2022. My thing is, I was on my own prescribed trt regimen at 200 mg a week for the longest time. I'm 2020 I went legit and got it prescribed to me and started taking the hair loss medications serious. But I still had hair loss happening. I lowed my dosage over the last couple years. Fast forward to today... I take 0.5 dutasteride 2x a week, 1mg finasteride the other 5 days. I also take 5 mg oral minoxidil daily. And I also apply RU58841 daily. I just lowered my trt from 130 to 120 ml a week now split up every 3.5 days. And I'm still losing hair, losing transplanted hair. In total I've had over 12k grafts transplanted but you wouldn't tell. I can't stop trt, and I'm pretty much depleted in my donor region. I'd like to find a way to stabilize hair loss and live with what I have now. Any recommendations? I'm considering taking DUT everyday and stopping finesteride completely, but I heard for some the switch was not worth it and they ended up losing more hair.
  23. Wow. Crown looks on point. Its a homerun... This has got to be the biggest comeback journey after all you've been thru. I'm jealous... Good for you.
  24. Besides Tru & Dorin, Feller & BLOXHAM, and Dr Carlos Wesley ... Are there any other good fue doctors in the area that do HT repair FUE ?
