  1. Hi momo99, hopefully this time next year you too will be mad for going out in the blistering wind with the same NO FEAR attitude I now have. Bring it on Wind, Bring it on!
  2. Raj, great to finally see your post, overall I would have to say that your result is not bad at all, certainly a big improvement from your pre op state. A bit of an anomaly as to why the sides didn't grow, maybe next time just take the damn pills lol! Can't believe its been a year since we had our procedures. The year has flown by, and now baldness is a thing of the past, just a distant bad dream. Just forget about another HT for now and enjoy your new hair and your new zest for life! Cheers buddy Shera __________________________________________________ Dr Bhatti FUE Oct 2014 3305 grafts http://www.hairrestorationnetwork.com/eve/178931-my-fue-dr-tejinder-bhatti-oct-2014-a.html
  3. Jamesaus, Congratulations on your HT with Dr Bhatti, hopefully this time next year you will resemble a proper surfer dude! As long as you are reasonably careful then there's really not a lot you can't do post FUE HT. Whilst there, check out the Elante Mall sports bar on the top floor, you should be alright now to relax with the odd beer or 2 or 3............... Enjoy the rest of your stay and thanks for reminding me of my own experience. Cheers __________________________________________________ Dr Bhatti FUE Oct 2014 3305 grafts http://www.hairrestorationnetwork.com/eve/178931-my-fue-dr-tejinder-bhatti-oct-2014-a.html
  4. Thanks for your comment Tommy. Here's the links to all the pictures that I have uploaded on this thread for anyone who wants to cut straight to the chase. 1 - 5 months http://www.hairrestorationnetwork.com/eve/178931-my-fue-dr-tejinder-bhatti-oct-2014-a.html 6 months http://www.hairrestorationnetwork.com/eve/178931-my-fue-dr-tejinder-bhatti-oct-2014-a-3.html 7 months http://www.hairrestorationnetwork.com/eve/178931-my-fue-dr-tejinder-bhatti-oct-2014-a-4.html 8 months http://www.hairrestorationnetwork.com/eve/178931-my-fue-dr-tejinder-bhatti-oct-2014-a-7.html 12 months http://www.hairrestorationnetwork.com/eve/178931-my-fue-dr-tejinder-bhatti-oct-2014-a-13.html
  5. Hi Tav1, when my own hair was at the similar stage to Techie's hair I was at about 3 to 3.5 months and I was applying baby oil. Therefore because Techie appears to be a slow grower I thought it probably best he carries on with the baby oil routine. I actually still apply baby oil to my scalp a couple of days a week, it does appear to improve the overall quality of the hair once it has been washed out. I know that many in the Indian subcontinent swear my this method (maybe different oil though), both male and female. I know there are other more exotic oils that some on this site apply but baby oil seems to do the trick for me. I don't really have any scientific data to back up my advice, it's just something that works for me. Why don't you give it a try and see if it works for you. __________________________________________________ Dr Bhatti FUE Oct 2014 3305 grafts http://www.hairrestorationnetwork.com/eve/178931-my-fue-dr-tejinder-bhatti-oct-2014-a.html
  6. I used fibres, Nanogen and then Caboki on short hair for some time, never really got picked up by anyone about it. The general rule of thumb is when you run out of hairs for the fibres to attach to, then its probably time to either go for that HT or shave it all off. __________________________________________________ Dr Bhatti FUE Oct 2014 3305 grafts http://www.hairrestorationnetwork.com/eve/178931-my-fue-dr-tejinder-bhatti-oct-2014-a.html
  7. Hi Techie, you are probably now at the level I was at about 3 to 3.5 months. As mentioned by Butch above, I did have ridiculously fast growth, but as I have already mentioned in one of the posts in my thread, this is probably down to me being a freak of nature! Don't get disheartened, just carry on with the regime of baby oil to the scalp in the morning and 5% Minoxidill foam at night and carry on with the meds. I would say you are just a slow grower, nothing to be worried about, but the signs are there that you will come good over the next few months. So, have faith, just carry on as normal and let nature take its course. __________________________________________________ Dr Bhatti FUE Oct 2014 3305 grafts http://www.hairrestorationnetwork.com/eve/178931-my-fue-dr-tejinder-bhatti-oct-2014-a.html
  8. Thanks Butch, that's the reason behind posting my updates, to help and encourage others in much the same way past patients who posted their stories before me helped and encouraged me. Just feels like the right thing to do.
  9. Thanks for all your replies, for your information I am still taking Fin (1mg) and Biotin every other day or so, not religiously as before though, also I am using the Minoxidil 5% foam every other day or so. JayUk, I remember this time last year very well, very quiet for Diwali I thought, that Modi sure is one party pooper! As always keep your comments/questions coming, always happy to reply. Happy Diwali to you all.
  10. You're doing great Butch, definitely on track for a similar result to mine. __________________________________________________ Dr Bhatti FUE Oct 2014 3305 grafts http://www.hairrestorationnetwork.com/eve/178931-my-fue-dr-tejinder-bhatti-oct-2014-a.html
  11. Not sure how much you guys are paying for your 1mg Fin, but I paid less that 200 rupees (2 pounds sterling) for a 30 day supply after my treatment and I think it did the trick and continues to do so. I have even got some for a friend of mine and again it seems to be working fine. Its no secret that consumers in the western world get totally shafted when it comes to buying medicines. __________________________________________________ Dr Bhatti FUE Oct 2014 3305 grafts http://www.hairrestorationnetwork.com/eve/178931-my-fue-dr-tejinder-bhatti-oct-2014-a.html
  12. I know of someone who used the product Prosil on their child's heart op scar with really good results. It is available in the UK from a company called Amred Healthcare Limited which is a speciality healthcare company focused on scar management and dermatology It is also prescribed by the UK NHS so is a proven product. Best of all it is relatively cheap to try out. According to the website, it has also won the 'My Face My Body' award. For approximately ?20, its got to be worth a punt. __________________________________________________ Dr Bhatti FUE Oct 2014 3305 grafts http://www.hairrestorationnetwork.com/eve/178931-my-fue-dr-tejinder-bhatti-oct-2014-a.html
  13. If researching Dr Bhatti, a good starting point could be reading about my experience, the link is below. Whoever you decide to go with, I wish you all the best. __________________________________________________ Dr Bhatti FUE Oct 2014 3305 grafts http://www.hairrestorationnetwork.com/eve/178931-my-fue-dr-tejinder-bhatti-oct-2014-a.html
  14. Hi, my thread link below might help you in your research. __________________________________________________ Dr Bhatti FUE Oct 2014 3305 grafts http://www.hairrestorationnetwork.com/eve/178931-my-fue-dr-tejinder-bhatti-oct-2014-a.html
  15. Singh, you and me know that you will not only be trying the Lassi whilst in the Punjab lol! If you need to know any places to go whilst in there then PM me and I will let you know. __________________________________________________ Dr Bhatti FUE Oct 2014 3305 grafts http://www.hairrestorationnetwork.com/eve/178931-my-fue-dr-tejinder-bhatti-oct-2014-a.html
  16. Singh, from my own personal experience, I think you have made a wise choice in your decision to go with Dr Bhatti. Your hair piece picture actually looks very similar to my 1 year result, so hopefully this time next year you will resemble it also without having to glue the that thing onto your head........Yuk! All the best. __________________________________________________ Dr Bhatti FUE Oct 2014 3305 grafts http://www.hairrestorationnetwork.com/eve/178931-my-fue-dr-tejinder-bhatti-oct-2014-a.html
  17. Around about this time last year I was just starting out on my HT journey, I did some research and if any of you have been following my story you will know that basically I went with my gut instinct and headed off to Chandigarh, India to have my procedure completed by the one and only Dr Bhatti at his wonderful Darling Buds Clinic. Everything felt so right and its great that now, a year on after 3305 FUE grafts, I can look back on that decision as one of the best decisions that I ever made in my life. If my wife is reading this, then obviously Darling, marrying you was the first!!!!! So onto the pictures, I have tried to take a variety of pictures in the different lighting around my house, no chance of taking in natural light as it hasn't stopped raining for the past 4 days, so in between building my Ark I managed to take a few pics and even managed to have a trim and then take some more. I will post some more if anyone requests nicely. Again I am always happy to help out and share my experiences with anyone who wishes to go down the same path as me, so please do ask. So here we go.
  18. Probably best if you contacted a few doctors and see what feedback you get. The responses will help you decide on which option to take. As already mentioned, you could include Dr Bhatti in this list amongst others. __________________________________________________ Dr Bhatti FUE Oct 2014 3305 grafts http://www.hairrestorationnetwork.com/eve/178931-my-fue-dr-tejinder-bhatti-oct-2014-a.html
  19. Just checked out Frankmello, lol, Fellar certainly likes to insult the intelligence of this forum!
  20. Wow, it's been a year since my visit to Dr Bhatti and I will be posting some up to date photos in the coming days. Thanks Yaz89 for confirming that my results are indeed amazing in real life, really appreciate that. If anyone else would like to see my results and discuss my experience in person then just PM me and I will try to sort something out. Watch this space.........................
  21. On another note, you have users (losers) such as Joesocks202 This guy comes from nowhere and slates several threads as being fraudulent, rubbishing results etc after admitting having a meeting with Dr Fellar. Almost as though Fellar put him up to it, but didn't realise he was going to be such an obnoxious weapon and then told him to calm down. Just another twist to what goes on within this forum. I, like many others put up my story to help inform potential patients, its a shame that it only takes one or two morons potentially on the payroll of rival doctors to ruin what I consider a useful thread. Sometimes it makes you think why you even bother. So to conclude, the doctors PR guys have been caught out, but he is not the only one with bad intentions, its just that the others are better at hiding their tracks. __________________________________________________ Dr Bhatti FUE Oct 2014 3305 grafts http://www.hairrestorationnetwork.com/eve/178931-my-fue-dr-tejinder-bhatti-oct-2014-a.html
  22. Easy solution, just wear a bandana and then wear the beanie/baseball cap on top. The bandana will protect your grafts from being pulled and the beanie/cap will cover the bandana. Worked fine for me. Happy days! __________________________________________________ Dr Bhatti FUE Oct 2014 3305 grafts http://www.hairrestorationnetwork.com/eve/178931-my-fue-dr-tejinder-bhatti-oct-2014-a.html
  23. Hi Lalit, you are doing great for 4 months, your results so far are almost identical to mine. I think you are well on your way to a similar end result. __________________________________________________ Dr Bhatti FUE Oct 2014 3305 grafts http://www.hairrestorationnetwork.com/eve/178931-my-fue-dr-tejinder-bhatti-oct-2014-a.html
