I have documented my previous Hair Transplant here (link below). I have got pretty decent result in crown area with FUT technique. Density is still less in crown, but I can conceal it very well with hair fibres (Nanogen). My hair was thinning in my front & center region in 2013 but I had decided to go for crown as I was balding at rapid rate in that region. http://www.hairrestorationnetwork.com/eve/172118-hair-transplant-done-strip-1600-grafts-crown.html Two years later, I am now going in for a HT with Dr. Bhatti in mid November. Usually people open up a thread after the procedure, but I did so early because my experience with Dr. Bhatti pre procedure has been fantastic till now. I have a decent hair line. But my hair is thinning 1cm after hair line to center. Here's my story. In October 2015, I went for a Hair system. The system looked really good but I just could not get used to the glue. My scalp was itchy, felt the weight of system (though I used a very expensive and light one) and I got rashes all over my scalp due to it. To wear the system, I had to shave off my head in typical horse shoe pattern. Just attaching image taken post system. I can still conceal my balding regions in the front with fibers but I miss styling my hair. Towards end of October, I got fed up using the system and I decided to take it off. I had to shave my head from back and sides to match the shaven hair in the center. I was seeing great results posted by members here with FUE technique and this is when I thought I should go in for my second HT. Deciding on Dr. Bhatti was not difficult. He is recommended here and his results are very good. I did not opt for FUT technique as I have experienced it before and to be honest, it was too painful and required too much care post op (10 days). On 3rd November 2015, I mailed Dr. Bhatti and inquired about HT. I sent him pictures of my shaven head and explained my case. He was very courteous and prompt over email. Over the next 2 days, I sent him 2-3 more mails and requested him for a date in this month itself. Since my head is shaven and I have to return to work in December, this was the best possible period for me to get HT done. Dr. Bhatti is a very renowned surgeon and my only concern was if I would get the procedure date this month. To my surprise, Dr. Bhatti did have one slot available in November and I grabbed it with both hands. I sincerely requested him to book this date for me and he did it. My procedure is due in few days and I have received all the pre op instructions from Dr. Bhatti. I have read a lot about how wonderful he and his staff are towards his patients and I can certainly feel that over emails. I will be seeing him one day before procedure to discuss other details. So there you go. My decision to go for FUE was taken in 1 night and my decision to go for Dr. Bhatti did not even take that much time. I will keep you all updated.

Appointment with Dr. Bhatti confirmed. HT within 15 days. Looking forward. Will keep you people posted.

Hello guys I am back. After getting HT done on my Crown. Now I am ready to tackle the thinning in my center as I have a good hair line. Already in talks with Dr. Bhatti to give me an appointment.

Thanks densedream. Hoping for better results by 12th month.

Will there be more improvement in coming months? Or is this the final result? My doctor is very happy with the progress and says I will see better results by september.
