  1. 100% good idea. I don't really see any situations where you shouldn't try finasteride unless you can't handle the side effects. Even then, you should try either topical finasteride, or minoxidil.
  2. Grow your donor a bit longer. Trust me, the hairline is the most important. Nape hair could work, but will it be permanent? I don’t know.
  3. Forget about the donor and focus on the hairline. You still have grafts that can be used. It’s not like your donor is totally depleted. You don’t need many, mostly it just needs to be refined. But no one is looking at your donor and thinking it looks weird. The hairline though, that’s cause for concern. Focus there first.
  4. Wow 10,000 that’s incredible, looks like your never gonna need that much, but it’s good to know its there for a rainy day.
  5. He had awesome work, definitely consult with him, but don’t put all your eggs in one basket. Besides Bisanga is probably Europe’s top surgeon. Feriduni is great as well.
  6. Sorry to hear about that, I believe Dr. Wesley also compounds topical dutasteride. If you want to reach out to him, he’s within the states as well.
  7. Where do you live? For that price and for your hair loss I’d go strip first.
  8. First time I hear of finasteride gel, let me tag @Abhinay Singh do you know anything about this?
  9. @Gasthoerer I’m particularly jealous if your donor. It looks untouched and dense as ever even after 3,000 grafts.
  10. Dr. Nadimi’s work looks impeccable, very impressed by her skill. I’ll be following your progress closely 🙌🏼
  11. Awesome man thanks for considering back and updating us 🙌🏼
  12. Fin gel, I haven’t heard of this, are you getting it from a pharmacy?
  13. You’ll be shocked at how much it’ll improve by 12 months. The work is pristine. Dr. Reddy is absolutely incredible.
  14. This is a work of art, absolutely incredible 10/10 👏🏼
  15. You appear to have DUPA, DO NOT get a hair transplant!
  16. He changed his model to fit hair mills. So I don’t think he does FUT anymore.
  17. Because 6 months is the time you start seeing results from medication. You may not need as many grafts or may change your mind about getting an HT for example @Shifty
  18. Dr. Arshad charges 3 pounds per graft in the UK. The only clinics worth going to in Turkey charge 2.70. Plus flight, time, accommodations. Very, very, very few doctors perform FUT in Europe period. Feriduni, bisanga, and Arshad. FUT in Turkey is unheard of.
  19. Here’s our full list of recommendations. My suggestion is to contact many doctors. I suggest using medication at least 6 months before having surgery. https://www.hairtransplantnetwork.com/Consult-a-Physician/hair-transplant-surgeons.asp?sr=HRN-MOB
