Yea the DHT trash hormone is nonsense to me. Your body wouldn’t produce a hormone unless it was necessary, even cortisol which has a lot of negative effects is beneficial when needed. He appeals to the younger 20-25 year old generation. The guys who look up to bravado and arrogance. I do like some of what he does, especially when it comes to hairguard. But hopefully he can be more balanced in the future, especially since you are right, he’s influencing a younger generation. I’m pretty sure Kevin’s around my age too. He might be doubling down because it’s making him more popular.

Very well said, it’s like bringing up Ronald Reagan who was a phenom and thinking that will be natural for everyone. A hairline like sir Alex Ferguson (79 years old) looks a lot more natural and a better base for comparison in my opinion.

Who was the first person to be honest and tell you that you were losing it? For me, it was one of my friends who first said I had a receded hairline back in 07 I was 21. But then in 2014 I had a really close friend tell me it was time to shave. That’s when I took the plunge, at the time it was devastating, but looking back I’m glad I stopped living in denial. I like that Kevin puts bad products like the hairband on blast, but his views on PFS and DHT is just wrong. I can understand having the belief that something that is harmless to you couldn’t harm anyone, but that view is arrogant. I had a similar view with the whole covid virus. I wasn’t scared of it, got it, and it was like a cold, didn’t affect me. All of the statistics and facts back my feelings. However, statistics mean nothing to the individual person. It’s very hard to change perspective, but to deny the existence of a condition with thousands of complaints is pure arrogance and ignorance. Not every person with PFS was unhealthy, just like not everyone who’s died from covid is unhealthy. Both are rare, but can and have happened.

This doctor does not only have one review. Dear Community, It seems there is confusion on our mantra. We have/will always weigh legitimate patient reviews higher than clinic results. However, we are not the only platform where legitimate reviews are posted. While we may be the most popular and biggest one in the English speaking world, it would be disingenuous of me to say we are the only one. What do we consider a legitimate review? Someone who’s posted their journey from start to finish, with monthly updates. Someone who’s interacting on the platform. I’ve visited and had an account on other forums besides our own. I can say that the Spanish forum is a legitimate source of reviews. Do we want more reviews on this forum? Absolutely, hopefully that will change in the near future.

1-2 patients per day, there is a language barrier which is why many of their patients post on the Spanish forum (I’ve verified this myself, as I can speak Spanish). Many of our senior forum members have confirmed this as well. If they are popular it is for good reason. Quality and skill is not antihetical to HRN.

It's effective, but it still causes side effects, so the question is- is it more effective than fin? No. Does it cause less side effects? In my experience no.

I believe the incidence of side effects is about 10% based on a poll I conducted on this forum. It's still relatively low.

There’s definitely a correlation with body hair and hair loss. Generally the more body hair (beard, chest, etc) the higher chance of hair loss. That’s because DHT is necessary for body and facial hair. I have a few friends that can’t grow any facial hair and have perfect hairlines.

I hope so, it will make hair transplants so much more seamless. None or this traveling with thousands of dollars in cash because of currency exchanges or wire fees.

I think the major tech companies are opposed to it, as they’re allied with big banks. Why would we bother doing currency exchanges when we could use cryptocurrency.
