  1. Rubens, as I said, I will open my own thread very soon, but for now I?m too busy...
  2. OMG does he still practice? I am sorry for being so prejudicial, but I swear that the first time I saw him in his imagemovie on Youtube, where he talks about being inspired by Da Vinci and walks around with a camera etc., I knew that this guy is as disindiginuous as one can be. Hope people get to know what kind of guy and doc he is...
  3. Hi Rubens, nice to see other "caucasians" that went with Dr. Bhatti. I had a FUE with app. 2350 grafts on the 8th of february, so I am 9 weeks post. Looks fine so far. Will post my experience very soon here, too! If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me,
  4. Yeah, would be interested in that, too. How many patients have been travelling with you? Also, how is the new clinic he has moved in? Did you take any pictures?
  5. To me it looks very good! Congrats!
  6. Wow, so many Reddy-curious posters at once! Sam, how did you came across this website, and thread? Can you back your story up with pictures? Had a look on Dr. Reddys homepage. The results posted look ok to really good though.
  7. Hi, I can only summarize what others had to report about Transhair. In general, they have high prices with a very low performance at the same time. In particular, - clients were reporting about f.e. 1000 grafts payed, only 700 received, and that with a strip (!) surgery. They even wrote to the patient that FUT would be the best method for 700 grafts (though he had a good donor). - the post op care being very bad (no shampoo, no cream, no nothing), not even given instructions - agreements about the recipient site not being abided by - bad scars - There was even an article in a big german newspaper about the clinic and unsatisfied patients that sued Transhair for bad results (to be fair, this concerns operations from the 90ies). - just want to sell you their "product" Even if they were only a education facilty for Dr. Soegianto, I would stick to the recommended docs here. The results on Dr. Soegiantos homepage are not overwhelming, btw. And those are his best (!) results. I only see two or three satisfying among them. On some you see the hair being styled quite deceptive. But that is only my opinion. In the end it`s up to you to decide;-)
  8. Hi Calgacus, I don`t know anything about him, and also a quick net search didn`t bring any useful results. What I`ve seen on his homepage does concern me a bit, because he praises himself with a certificate of the "Transhair Group" located in Germany. As I am german and also active on german forums, I can tell you that the Transhair group has a very bad reputation amongst the community, concerning both ethics and results. So if no one on here comes forward with a substantiate recommendation, I personally would prefer a doctor in Thailand or India.
  9. What I don`t understand is why Dr. Lindsey stated that he couldn`t "see the density" of your donor region, writes that "it really didn't look as dense as it turned out". I myself only had a FUE procedure, so I don`t know what is the normal procedure before cutting the strip out. Wouldn`t it have been recommendable to shave the targeted area, and count the grafts in 1 cm2, and then divide the needed graft number through the previous result and voil?, he would have the squarecentimeters he`ll have to cut out? (Of course, in terms of a cache, he should have cutted out two more squarecentimeters.) But being out by at least 700 grafts??? Regarding an already questionable 1800 graft FUT on a 21 year old? Shouldn`t that have been done with more thoughtfulness? So if this is the norm, in my humble opinion, that should not be the case, carefully worded. Can anybody help me out with that?
  10. Hi, as you had undergone two previous procedures, you should know that growth will take time, so at this point I wouldn`t worry at all. Give it at least another few weeks! Also, from your first picture posted, I would not call your first two HTs "outstanding", depending of the grafts that were placed. Were you completely bald in the recipient are before your first procedures or were you experiencing only thinning? Btw: Nice view you have got there:-)
  11. Blueboy, aren`t we supposed to talk about hair loss and everything related to it? Beside that, it seems you`re using this site for advertisement?
  12. Dr. Nigams, I hence have to apologize for being so rude. I really appreciate your commitment into your research of which so many people possibly could benefit from in the future. I also think your way of documenting and reporting to the community is quite commendable!
  13. Congratulations! From the pictures, it looks like you have nearly the greatest hair possible at your age, even at this stage yet! Remember how you introduced yourself only moths ago? "Please help a depressed man" "Well it's got to the point with my hair that I’m so low on confidence that I so want to restore my hair to get my life back." How do you feel about that now, if I may ask? Has the result met your expectations so far?
  14. You surely will need BHT in order to get a satisfying result in my humble opinion. You`ll have a long way to go, but it begins with the very first step;-)
  15. Very nice, high five;-) Dr. Diep in my humble opinion really is the master of hairlines!
  16. Thanks for the upload! From the 7-month picture, it seems to me that your recipient area still shows a bit of redness. Am I wrong with this?
  17. Scorpionleo, why did you initially ask for Spex` advice on such a topic since you obviously are an insider in the industry anyway? Do you really want to continue like this? What kind of person are you! How can one become like this? Haven`t your parents teached you any kind of morals? Would you have acted in such ways when you were a child? Think back. This is just sad...
  18. Welcome to the forum;-) I couldn`t agree more with your estimation. So glad, too, that I found this forum. It really is a community where members are trying to help each other out, the moderators are doing a hell of a committed job, one really feels like being in good hands. The complete opposite is a german forum where I come from, when somebody comes out with a legitimate HT story of a doc that is not endorsed by the forum, they seem to wait like hyenas for the pics just to bash the person, no matter if he had got good, average or bad results. It really is like a kindergarden compared to here, people living in fear there;-) So I just wanna take the opportunity and say thanks to all honest users here, and special thanks of course goes to the "hardcore" users and the moderators!
  19. This is not funny anymore, the poster, whoever he is and for which agenda he works, has been overstepping the boundaries from the first time he seeked contact to Spex, at first subjectively, and by posting here objectively as well. I am not firm with american law, but in Germany this behaviour would state a clear offense against Spex, but also by civil law. He could clearly take legal steps against the person who obviously seeks to damage his reputation under a hidden agenda. I would strongly advise the forum moderators along with Spex to seriously consider to check up all options available. Although it was yet clearly a complete fail of Leo/Scorpion/Whatever; I think he has risen more likely a huge storm of solidarity for Spex rather than reaching his goal...
  20. SkinEd, Being open-minded is not bad at all, but being careless is. A quick search about Ulf Kienecker should make you stay miles away from him. Just an example: http://www.hairrestorationnetwork.com/eve/167138-2000-fut-grafts-dr-ulf-kienecker.html He also partners with the "Moser Kliniken" in Austria, which have the most terrible reputation imaginable in the German-speaking part. My good advice: Run!
