Myself I have had 2 procedures done both in the Uk both with the Farjo clinic, first procedure was FUT back in 2010 & 2nd was Fue in 2015. While I understand the questions relating to who is the best, where can I get a good hair transplant, it strikes me that any good, decent clinic is as good as another. You see posts of people with extremely good results and those not so good but it all comes down to genetics, type of hair, doner amount, graft quantity etc and not the actual skill of the surgeon itself. After all the procedure is pretty much the same wherever you go. Any trained Doctor should be able to carry out the procedure just as well as another? Strikes me there is a hell of a lot of emphasis on who is the best when really any one is pretty much as good as another ( If properly registered, trained etc). What I do see is that perhaps some responsible clinics are more cautious than others and think of a patients long term outcome, i.e. what might the happen in 10 .15 , 20 years time and some not. Just my thoughts. 😁

I did James not sure how you search but my previous posts were about my experiences, I would not have Surgery again in the UK I tried twice at the Farjo clinic and considering it was just hairline work it was disappointing for me. I would have another but somewhere else not slagging Farjos off they looked after me at the time but my expectations were not high and I didn't reach that, cosmetically you would expect family and close friends to notice after 2 ops, not mine. Hi All, There is lots of talk on here about Generic Propecia (Finasteride). I myself have been using it with good sucsess over the last 3 years and am more than happy with it. Toattaly astounded that you lost your money with Dr Feller you broke your leg ffs....If that is the case what if a family member had been taken seriously ill or worse...Think id have thought twice about re-booking and that putting it politley. Good luck to you though

Totally agree with you there is no need to travel to the USA I am well happy with the Farjo clinic and although hopping on a plane is easy enough its so much better having a top surgen on you doorstep. Look forward to seeing your 3 year pictures, hope you can post your pre op as well

Thanks for the replys so far guys , just to let you know richie Im not dissapointed at all and there was no miscomunication on either side. I was not keen to get more than a 1000 grafts although ended up with over 1300. Call me silly but thats how it was, looking back a bigger graft count would have maybe been better, but I called the shots on this and realised that a second procedure may be a possabilty. As for down time??? Took a week off work and was fighting fit after it, think downtime is for people who perhaps have a big job on I have plenty of hair, wouldnt ever think about a HT if I were under 40, im near to 50 so a nice touch up is well nice. Anyway im happy, once again cheers for the input guys much appreciated.
