    Donor looks thin. FUE might be your better option depending on how long you normally wear your hair, although I would be cautious with FUE for the same reason because it will thin your hair in the donor, so cut short it could look thinner than it does today post FUE.

    If you do a search, there are several good threads on this. Top surgeons get really good results with both. In my FUT Dr. Shapiro used staples and I had a great scar result. He also uses sutures at times. So, I think it is really preference of the surgeon....the key being to choose a top clinic.

    Looks really good, especially for 1200 grafts. Very natural and nice improvement. You will likely notice some continued thickening over the next few months as it matures.

    I agree that a HT is all about accomplishing the goals of the patient so long as they are reasonable and achieveable, and it incorporates a long term plan for further loss, all of which was accomplished here.

    It is conservative in the number of grafts, but the transformation is big. I bet he is thrilled.

    What a huge difference that made with a small number of grafts......very nice!

    I see the improvement, but the tight buzz cut really minimizes it. I think if I was going to buzz my hair that close I would probably opt not to get a HT. However, the main thing is that he likes it!

    A little more than 6 weeks post HT and I can see the first hairs just starting to come in.......two weeks sooner than I saw them in my first procedure. There are quite a few that have popped up. They are still really small, so I will wait a few days and try and get some photos.

    Looking great at 4 months......lots more to come. Always impressed with T & D's work. They are one of the clinics that gets the most out of the number af grafts they use.
