They are both outstanding surgeons. You will not go wrong with either choice. I had a fantastic experience with both surgeries at SMG. I would also not hesitate to have surgery with Dr. Konior.

When I first started using it a long long time ago, I had very noticeable regrowth in the crown. Over time, I did thin there some, but I know for sure that Rogaine helped tremendously in the early years. I still use it.

I agree....think you are on the way to a fantastic approach. My hairline density did not come along evenly either, but it all eventually catches up. You are still in early stages of growth and already have a lot, so no worries

They are amazed at the transformation and I think they were skeptical at first. People who did not know make comments on my new hair style or will make comments like....you look really good....have you been working out more? It is great to see those type of reactions.

Well, it has been a little more than 4 months post op and I have lots of new hair. Very happy with my growth so far. Here are a few pics:

Techs do a lot of the critically important work in both FUT and FUE at the vast majority of clinics. The best clinics have highly skilled techs that are a very talented part of the team. In both of my surgeries, both the Dr. and the techs were very involved with what seemed to me to be appropriate roles. I knew that going in and I was fine with it. I do think it is important to learn about the techs at a clinic as they are an integral part of the success of the best surgeons. It is all about being informed and comfortable not only with the surgeon you choose, but the clinic as a whole. I don't know if there is really a right or wrong answer here, but knowledge going in is key.
