Well so far when it comes to BHT, we got Dr. Hakan in Turkey and Dr. Bhatti in India. However I agree with you non of them can compete Dr. Umar BHT work. His secret of success is based on his UGRAFT tool. Have a look at it, this makes a lot of sense :cool:

How about Dr. Nigam and his cooperation with Dr. Mwamba. Anyone heard about Mwamba's opinion and recent findings of Nigam's invitro hair doubling technique?

Thats a great coverage indeed. IMO Beard hair FUE really works if done in good hands like Dr. Hakan or Bisanga. Hair will look full with little sprinkle of Toppik or Nanogen :-)

Great thread Dr. Erdogan. Indeed very informative and well organized. Although you moved to a well equipped 5 star clinic, you never increased your prices and kept them the same to value your patients. By the way I love your last advertisement. Quite funny :-)

Only hair, scalp should be clean as oil can clog pores and make it hard for ketoconazole to be absorbed. Just apply 3 drops of coconut oil into your balms and oil your hair from root to tip, leave at least for 30 minutes then wash your hair with Nizoral.

Basically I'm a Ketoconazole expert. All what I can say is that it cleans scalp, fight DHT if 2% is used but kills hair texture if used twice a week as it makes it brittle and could change its color somehow and eliminates its shine. I strongly advice NIZORAL brand which has some additional ingredients to smoothen the hair and use it once a week for 5 minutes. Recently I found a way to get rid of the brittle hair issue by oiling my hair with coconut oil and leave it for 30min then wash it and apply Nizoral 2% for 5 minutes then rise once a week only during my day off. Hope this helps and I strongly believe that Nizoral 2% and oral standardized Saw Palmetto extract are a must for DHT blocking if Finasteride not used due to sexual sides like my case.

I always tend to be towards Turkish surgeons due to the good price and high quality especially with great doctors like Hakan Doganay and Koray Erdogan. However I cant deny this, if I had enough budget and finance then Dr. Lorenzo will be my number 1 choice. His work and video results are credible and consistent. Basically he is the King of FUE

Since Koray Erdogan and Hakan Doganay are not in your list maybe due to their price. I can only recommend Dr Serkan Aygin. He is the most famous doctor here in Gulf Region (UAE + Bahrain...etc). My barber swears by his work quality, 3 of his clients went to the same doctor that he even saves Dr. Serkan's information to pass to other balding clients. I actually met one of them and was really impressed. Thats the best I can help you with :-)

When it comes to FUE in USA, I can trust Dr. Umar because of his FUE solid practice and clear video results without any flash used like other strip clinics lately. I think Europe took over the lead in HT these days especially in FUE while USA is still a FUT capital.

Nanogen is the best. I didn't try Caboki but its over expensive and doesn't worth this much. I used to use Toppik and it looked like bird shit on my head and turns green under the sun plus itches my scalp because it contains sheep wool. Bottom line Im addicted to Nanogen and cant live without it. It delayed my thoughts of going for an early crown-mid scalp HT job. It really works wonders :-)

I agree with Mickey85, Turkey is much better however there is one clinic my friend had HT with and the results were good. Plus most of the citizens in my country go there for FUE.
