  1. I really like the hairline design and the results are very nice. Great job!!
  2. That was a great presentation and with photographs to show - and the results are fabulous. I don't see many female hair transplant results presented so this is good to see. Great job.
  3. Very nice presentation and photos that clearly show the work performed. Great job!! It looks like people have several options in the New York area for FUE. That is good for folks like me who are thinking about FUE.
  4. Do you have a photo after surgery showing the hair parted down the center like the before surgery photo? I agree that the scar now looks great, but the after photo where 623 units were placed shows the hair parted over the transplanted area. I only ask so we can have a fair comparison for the before and after photos.
  5. Can't wait to see the results - your in good hands. Dr Wong has a fine reputation on the forums. Good luck!!
  6. This site does a great job of weeding out the true hair restoration surgeons from the wanna-be's. I have never seen Dr. Verret's name or results on here or other sites. Without a doubt: Dr. Arocha. He has been selected to be here based on many factors and his results look great.
  7. I'm glad we got the geography all straightened up. I looked up Dr. Harris and he has developed a new machine to remove the grafts. I understand from reading that he developed some "safe" system to harvest the grafts. His web site looks nice; I don't see a lot of results posted in the forums.
  8. Mike2000: thanks for understanding. I agree: I see good things coming from Shapiro. I also see Feller presenting nice results. In terms of expense, they are all expensive; but what do you say about quality and final results. Any others out there who have had positive experiences with FUE? What about Harris?
  9. Mike I read the same header as you, which I quoted above, which ask for FUE doctors. I am interested in FUE, and doing reasearch on FUE, and have read many times that H&W don't do FUE. So why list them as top 3 FUE? And you even post that most don't do FUE. I'm close to Umar and was hoping he was going to be listed in top 3. Thats the point.
  10. Joe Thanks for showing the photos. Should turn out great. What did you say to that lady that is trying to stab you? Looking forwad to seeing results. Little advice: try not to piss off the ladies that are holding those little golden grafts - wait until they are done putting them in - then piss them off!!
  11. It sounds like "can't decide" decided on Dr. Rahal. I've been reading very good things about him and sounds like you had a great experience. That is what counts. Can't wait to see the results. Keep us posted.
  12. Doc I agree that more research needs to be done as this may be a promising option, but I have a strange feeling that clinics are charging patients for this procedure that is not completely tested. Am I right? I hope patients who are undergoing this are given full disclosure that this is still experimental and not proven, and therefore, since this is cosmetic, people are not shelling out big bucks.
  13. Interesting? The density looks good, but I don't like the accentuated point at the center of the hairline. too much point. Should be smoother or not as much. Just my opinion.
  14. Mike You realize that 2 of the 3 docs you recommended do not do FUE, but you still put them down as top to do FUE just to mention their names. Confusing??:confused:
  15. I've been following this PRP business and been taking it in. The question I have is that if this is unproven, and now we have several who are coming foward with no results, do the physicans, or have they, charge for this procedure? It sounds like this is experimental. How much have people paid for this?
  16. Thank you for showing these; I like the way the hairs are pointing in the direction of the colic. Please keep us updated on the results - looks like Dr. Fargo put a lot of hair in a small area. What was the hair like - was it thick or thin - that should also have an impact on the results. From the photos, it looks thick which is good for him.
  17. Its nice to see that a limited number of hairs were used for this transplant. Who knows what the futures holds for him and he has some in reserve if he does continue to lose hair. Very nice result - age appropriate, graft number appropriate. Thanks for presenting this case.
  18. Very nice result with a small number of grafts. He must have very nice thick hair to get that result. You mention that the "team used the stick and place method to achieve these results using 19 and 20 gauge needles." I have two questions - does that mean that you make the holes where the hairs go and they stick the hairs in? Also what is a 19 gauge and 20 gauge needle? Just trying to learn.
  19. Nice write up about a very talented doctor. I like the results I see from him. Not to rock the boat, but were you a little concerned about having the procedure at your age. I keep reading on the forums that people need to be careful at that age. I had my first transplants years ago, and sometimes wish I waited (more for technology). I may be speaking too soon as i don't see your pics, but was the doc concerned at all of your young age and worried about hair lose later when you get older. Are you on propecia or minoxidil? Just some thoughts.
  20. I keep hearing a lot of good work from Dr. Feller. If he said it should be oK, then you know he knows what is going on. Can't wait to see the results. Congrats!!
  21. Its great to see you are happy with the transplant. Great job. Looking forward to the final results.
