Grafts breakdown: x1 Grafts - 739 = 739 Hairs. x2 Grafts - 1599 = 3198 Hairs. x3 Grafts - 428 = 1284 Hairs. x4 Grafts - 38 = 152 Hairs. Total: 2.804 Grafts = 5.373 Hairs. Before Design Placement 12 Months later SECOND INTERVENTION Surgical plan: Crown restoration in 1 day of intervention. Just wondering why many of the grafts seem to have fallen out before the second intervention...? It seems the frontal third became much more sparse compared to when he first had the HT, why do you think that is? Did he not take medication? He had a lot more hair placed along the hairline, possibly with the expectation that a 2nd surgery would be done to fill in the rest. He also had a small amount of native hair along the hairline that may have helped a bit as well. Compare the two photos below.
