have a look at his feet and the way he leans forward to will as soon as he is being approached. as if he is preparing for something he already knew about.

About to pull the trigger but nervous...
Ftothe replied to RecedingSebs's topic in Hair Restoration Questions and Answers
hi, of course it is your decision, but i just wanted to let you know that i like your hair status, also considering you are 38. i went to dr bisanga to have a hairline like you meaning with some significant temples. however, it never bothered me, i even thoght it suits me 🙂 and i also didnt want to like 25 again (i am 37). i like your pictures and hair. maybe do something about the crown. good luck -
I am happy with my hairline, where Dr B added some staggering (100grafts) I am also ok with the crown (1000grafts implanted, which is not much). In general, currently I am not bothering too much about my crown. Although I am having a look at it regularly, I am generally more relaxed about my hair, which is also a result of the HTs. Futhermore, I know that especially for the crown one should wait a minimum of 10months for the final result. take care

it seems the concerns at the beginning were not necessary. i am happy for you, it is really looking great
-
Right... I see, the area hardly did receive any grafts. Really strange. It looks as if they should not have skipped this area, because you show clear signs of thinning here too and will continue to loose density here. From my point of view you will definitely need another ht for this area. Probably it would have been better to priorize the frontal part first and later focus on the crown

The line that you described is obvious. I would also have expected an equal distribution of the multigrafts. But I cannot imagine that this was done on purpose. Did you notice a major shed when removing the scabs? Or did you see a lot of hairs that were removed when doing the more intense washing? Maybe for some reasons the hairs were weaker in the middle area and are now temporary gone. good you asked the clinic. I am curious what they say. I am ok with everything. I noticed that this time I am much less concerned, and over careful with everything. Maybe it is because I cannot see the crown everytime I pass a mirror or glass or w/e. Still I am curious how the density in the crown will develop within the next months. I will start letting all hairs grow out from the beginning. Edit: is there any product in your hair in the pictures? I think it is strange that the multis are all ‚fixed‘ in one line... you described it as tree chunks. What happens if you tousle the hair in dry condition?

Hey danny, how are you doing today? Did you remove all the scabs?
-
I think your donor is also looking great. The picture that I posted in your other thread only shows that mine is less bloody (after washing it daily) than yours. If you clean it a bit more, they will look the same. The next big step is to gently remove all scabs on day8 as advised by the clinic.

Donor area pain causing sleepless nights!
Ftothe replied to Danny1671's topic in Hair Restoration Questions and Answers
Hello, i can only imagine that it is a matter of the big amount of grafts (4000+) which obviously is very stressful for the skin etc. Although I only had 1000fue and the year before 2003fue wirh dr Bisanga, my donor is healing very nicely and fast (both times). I never used one of the painkillers the clinic put in your bag. However, I have also started applying aloe vera to the donor area about tow days ago it is now day6 after the 1000fue -
It was my second procedure. In sept 2018 I had 2003FUE into the front and on Monday 1000FUE into the crown.
-
Hey danny, I remember your face. We met on Tuesday morning in the entrance of the clinic 🙂 Happy growing
-
Hi Marshall, looking great and I am happy for you. Upcoming Monday, I am going back to Dr. Bisanga for 1000Fue into the crown.
-
Well neither the clinic nor me explicitly said ocean. They said saltwater. Maybe it was not the best idea to write it as you can misunderstand it.
-
My doctor said that swimming in saltwater is one of the best things to do after a HT. Keep in mind most doctors give saline-water (cant remember the exact name) as post care which should be applied regularly and pretty much is salty water.

Hair transplant with Dr. Bisanga in 2019
Ftothe replied to Traveller99's topic in Hair Transplant Reviews
Hello, I dont understand why you are so worried. It is not mandatory that the old hair will fall out and wont regrow. Maybe you will experience a little (temporary) shockloss. That's all -
Bumps where hair grows out of follicle?
Ftothe replied to Helper's topic in Hair Restoration Questions and Answers
Hi, under certain light I can also see those little bumps you are describing and I am 9month post op. My doctor said "It is simply growing hair". Next time I see him, I will ask him how long this might last. I think it also called "chicken skin", but we are probably talking about a less drastic form -
Hello Marshall, by temples I am talking about the other 2/3 frontal area (left and right of the famous 1/3 area 😛) and not about the triangle on ear-heights. I dont know if it was a misunderstanding maybe. Yeah, I think I can comb them easily. Are you having problems? Sometimes I wear a cap for some minutes/hours and it helps to put them down/forward. When they are totally dry and I only try it with a comb, it is more difficult. Generally this is probably a matter of the hairstructure.

Hello LaserCap, Dr. Bisanga told me nearly exactly the same things that you said. Furthermore, it is no more issue for me. @Marshall: You are looking much younger. Still I think the skin of the recipient area needs more time to fully recover, which is also referring to my recipient area. I am pretty sure it will improve the smoothness of the hairline. Besides this, notice that I am younger than you and took an even more conservative hairline. I still have pretty distinctive temples.. But I actually always liked them.
-
Hi Marshall, looking good. 🙂 By fringe line do you mean a line at the frontal hairline? Are you talking about a line on the skin or about the growing direction of the hair? Sorry, I couldn't understand. If you are talking about the growing direction, I can follow what you mean. Especially in the morning its looking funny sometimes. I can image that the new hair will "adjust" to their new position after some time and will probably change the growing direction into a more natural one. However, my skin color in the recipient is still a bit different compared to my normal skin tone. Thats why, when looking from different angles, I see a more or less "harsh" transition between recipient and non-recipient area. As you said ,patience is important, because I think this will get better with time. Do you see little dots on you skin, which are probably simply growing hairs? Cu

Hello marshall, looking good and I still think we are going hand in hand regarding the healing. The lighting generally seems to play a big role when it comes to judging the process. I can still see a difference between the receipent area and untouched area, too. Friday, last week, I went back to BHR clinic for a general check-up. Although I did not meet Dr. Bisanga in person, because he was doing surgery, I talked to my contact person and one of the ladies, who were doing my surgery. Everything is on track and they gave me a general advice to try stop thinking about the HT too much. I had little concerns regarding little dots that appeared after about 2monthts of the HT, but they said it is simply "growing hair", what seems logically to me. 😉 Maybe you know them too. See you and take care

3395 FUE grafts, Dr Bisanga January 2018
Ftothe replied to jayboy61's topic in Hair Transplant Reviews
I only have to travel about 160km by car to be in Brussels. This is a big advantage and to be honest, I never really considered another doctor than Dr. Bisanga. -

Hi, I only wanted to let you know that everything is normal. Probably bumps is also not the correct word in this case, more like little dots what was referred to the growing hairs
