FUE clinic recommendation: Hattingen vs Pekiner vs Keser vs HLC

Kesser doesn’t use a microscope during surgery so I would rule him out.

He also doesn’t speak any English which makes him a recluse of the international ht Doctors world/conferences.

Bisanga is obviously more experienced than HLC or Pekiner but also more expensive.

At HLC price point I highly advise Dr. Bruno Ferreira that charges the same price with a more skilled technique (also Doctor only surgery).

If you have Hattingen and Keser on your short list, you forget sth important.

HT is not about the best clinic, it is about the best clinic for YOUR CASE. This cannot be true for Keser (a hairline specialist who is doing literally everything by himself) and Hattingen (a mega session FUT specialist clinic) at the same time and I like both of them.  By the way: I see the microscope topic heavily overrated and if there is sth to look at its Keser's extraction technique.

Keser may not use microscopes but he's known for excellent hairlines. He's a former HLC doctor (as is Pekiner) so he has a solid pedigree. He does not do large cases, 700 grafts per day max. I would have been a 4-day procedure! Yikes! He doesn't speak English but he has translators... and honestly once the procedure begins, there's not much talking He was my FIRST choice and I booked an appointment with him in March, but he cancelled on my because of family issues. I was unable to reschedule due to COVID. Before writing off Keser, do your research on some other forums. His hairlines were/are my favorite.

That said, all the clinics you're considering are excellent. They are doctor-led procedures and have excellent track records. Of the names you listed, I would go with Bisanga.

Could you please elaborate on that?

Well, I have seen great and natural hairlines from clinics without microscopes (but magnifying classes) and poor hairlines from clinics with microscopes. Most of the grafts can be selcted with magnifying classes and if you separate fine and big hairs to begin with one or two doubles are not a killer. This topic is overblown by a certain hairline mentor guy 😉

Regarding the extraction: To my knowledge Keser is the only (remaining) clinic using a non oscillating (or rotating) extraction method. If someone is doing one thing different than all others this always makes be sceptical.

Remove Keser and put Bisanga there. Avoid Keser!

This. Because of not having the information that Keser doesnt use microscope I have a lot of doubles in my hairline and it doesnt look natural at all.

Right now my candidates are:
1. Pekiner

2. Mwamba

3. Hattingen

4. Bisanga

Is stick and place technique better for transplanting between native hairs (increasing density) comparing to pre made slits?

You keep posting about your poor result with Keser but you still haven't posted any pics.

If what you say is true then that's a shame as all of Keser's other cases look very good, I can't recall seeing a bad one yet.

Hattingen are the best by a mile if you don’t mind having a scar on the back of your head. Keser is the best for fue, don’t mind Portugal saying he doesn’t use microscopes he is the best in the world for hairlines by a mile. !!

I will go with FUE so Hattingen plus for FUT is out of equation. Anyway, could someone help me with this question :)
