It's seemingly becoming more and more common to see less shedding these days. I don't know whether this is because there is a higher volume of online documentation, or whether its because graft handling technique is becoming better and better. Either way, makes for an easier recovery process. Looking good and right on track IMO

That makes sense.

I hope for a good result and would be Nice not to shed much more.👌

5 weeks have gone now since my hairtransplant with dr. Bisanga

So Enter week 6 tommorow.

Here is an Update.

Results are looking really good.  Do you intend to carry on without using Finasteride? Do you use any other meds like rogaine etc or will you just go down the good diet and regime path?

I only ask because without starting a debate on meds I will be similar to you in the sense that as long as my donor area is good I will carry on without meds and maybe have several future HT's as and when needed.

Hi.

No i dont use any kind of med and have never done and Will not do.

I think i maybee Will have to fill in the mid scalp in the future if I loose the hair there and maybee a lilltle in the front Between the hairs i have transplanted now if some of the native i had there Will Fall off.

I dont Think i Will loose my Crown as it is almost uneffected now and my family historie on both sides do not have Crown lose.
And i have High sides bisanga Said and not lost anything and the tempel points so the 4500 in the bank should be very good for the furture.

here you Can see the crown 7C010513-563A-48D2-A60E-F80AFDD8CD35.thumb.jpeg.9a4705dbc49466fc00c679ef00124ab9.jpeg

Ok buddy it's good to hear a renowned doctor creating a plan for future loss without meds. From what I can see your hair is in good shape currently, and with donor available for filling in at a later date you should be set future loss. Good luck and keep the updates coming 👍🏼

MSM can help speed up hair growth etc and you can take up to 3000mg daily. Either as a powder as I do or in tablet form it is easily bought.

It is one of the items I recommend post-surgery in a tips document and here is the link to where you can buy if in the UK if you prefer online.

MSM tablets Methylsulphonylmethane is a naturally occurring source of sulphur and known for speeding up hair, nail growth. https://www.naturesbest.co.uk/glucosamine-and-associated-products/msm-1000mg/

Biotin is fine to take, you may wish to go lower on the dosages and monitor how it goes and also get it via foods.  My brother is a nutritionist so I follow him but you may wish to see a specialist who can go over doses etc but it is rare to have issues with Biotin.

Question:

I Can see and feel alot of Very small grafts with 1 or more hairs between the long hair which i have keept and are growing.

Can it really already be growth or is it just hairs which have fallen off and Then still have a lilltle hair on the scalp?
