Thanks for the awesome write-up. Really enjoyed following your progress - I think you're gonna have a killer result! Does anybody know off the top of their head where Bisanga falls in the price range?

Here's a question I've always wanted to ask but been too embarrassed - how come at certain clinics when they put the grafts in they look like little white dots (below), but other clinics might be red bumps, or almost nothing at all? I think that's just fatty tissue surrounding the follicles, but I've never understood how there can be so much variance post-op from clinic to clinic.

For example, here's the OP in his original post, the third pic is a classic Eugenix post-op, and the fourth is Konior's work. What's the deal?

@rob7331 it's a good question - I posted a thread asking about it some time ago but it didn't generate much discussion. Maybe @Raphael84 can chime in for why Bisanga does it like that?

The white bulbs are the top part of the graft (epithelium) turning white when absorbing the saline solution we spray during surgery. After surgery it will dry and fall off naturally. This part of the graft belong outside the skin and if placed inside you end up with cooblestone and pitting in skin. Some clinics trim the graft before placing, but it's a balance and should be done carefully not harming the bulb region where you have the stem cells for the growth.

Still very thin and alot of hair has not popped through the skin yet-but think i am on Track for 4 month.

Hopefully the next couple of month Will show much more growth and thicking.

You’re definitely an early grower. I am as well. Your results at 4 months are similar to mine. The change from month 4-6 was dramatic in my case, I suspect yours will be too.

Thanks.

I hope you are Right👍🏻😀
