Maybe @Raphael84 can chime in for why Bisanga does it like that? The white bulbs are the top part of the graft (epithelium) turning white when absorbing the saline solution we spray during surgery. After surgery it will dry and fall off naturally. This part of the graft belong outside the skin and if placed inside you end up with cooblestone and pitting in skin. Some clinics trim the graft before placing, but it's a balance and should be done carefully not harming the bulb region where you have the stem cells for the growth. 4 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Still very thin and alot of hair has not popped through the skin yet-but think i am on Track for 4 month. Hopefully the next couple of month Will show much more growth and thicking. Hairline is still very see trough - especially in bathroom light and outside. One side is stronger than the other. I Think it is on Track and hope to se alot off more hairs coming trough in the and thinking the next couple of month. But at this Early stage i am very Happy at the process. Overall I Think it is on Track and i am very Happy so far, but look forward to hairs mature and more growth😀 The hairs are still very thin and one side is much better than the other.
