Otherwise it can be difficult to compare photos. I could have not added the 3rd photo as this makes my hair look thinner but I think its fairer to show all possible angles. Thanks mate. From the first HT I had 1221 grafts in the crown and in the last HT I can't be certain but I think most of the FUE grafts went in the crown, so around 723. I've been growing my hair (apart from keeping the back and sides to grade 5-6) - I'm not sure if the longer hair makes me look worse as my hair is wavy and I think it looks more like a comb over at the back. Advice on optimum hair length appreciated. Overall I'm very happy with the improvement from this HT. The crown ideally needs more grafts but I will wait to see how things progress in the next 4-5 years and if I'm not losing more ground will consider filling in the crown then - how many grafts do you think would be needed for the crown?
