Senior Member Spanker Posted February 20, 2016 Senior Member Share Posted February 20, 2016 Had some good natural light coming in my bathroom so I snapped a few pics. 3.5 yeas post op. It looks very natural which was my number one priority. I have 2100 in the hairline. Senior Member esrec Posted February 20, 2016 Senior Member Share Posted February 20, 2016 I want to makeout with your hair. Just awesome. Remind me again-your first HT of 2100 grafts came at age 34? 2450 for me at age 34, so cool to see a knockout result w similar stats. BTW I think the touches of salt and pepper coming through are kinda bad ass. Senior Member Spanker Posted February 20, 2016 Author Senior Member Share Posted February 20, 2016 I do not remember my specific stats, just graft number. Konior did the procedure. They were unremarkable except high laxity and a little on the lowner end of density, but my laxity will probably even out the density. Senior Member Sean Posted February 21, 2016 Senior Member Share Posted February 21, 2016 Envious hair . Looking great as usual Spanker. You got some serious hair. Dr Konior did great work on you and he continues to show it. You have great hair, looks very natural, and not a hint of transplantation. Doing great for 3+ years. Very very natural look. I wish most of us could get such hairline results with the number of grafts used. Outstanding

Senior Member thatoldchestnut Posted February 22, 2016 Senior Member Share Posted February 22, 2016 Continues to look fantastic, the salt and pepper looks great too imo. How do you feel you've held up overall Spanker? Any detectable thinning behind the grafts etc? The frontal aspect still looks spot on. Not trying to put a downer on how great it looks; just curious because I haven't seen many posts from patients like yourself that didn't "need" an op after they get this far out from their procedure

I think the lower 1 inch of my donor is where I have lost nape hair is where I notice thinness the most but I don't he ally have a good base line. I'm shooting to be 40 before I do a touch up but we will see. It's definitely on something I need. Luckily, no problems behind my grafts yet. I've been on fin for 5.5 years, so we will see. I've seen a lot over people start losing gounder around 9 years, but I've seen people like sex at 15 and doing well.
