And two with my hair wet -- right out of shower, and hair pulled back out of the shower. I didn't have a postop regimen. For first 30 days I followed my doctors regimen, but I did not use minox, take MSN, nor biotin. In fact I never have. I have only just had my first hair transplant and am glad I have gone with FUT. I didn't feel a thing and I have seen the scars from the surgeon who did mine and they don't look bad.
