Hi, Excellent work. This guy has turned back the clock big time.

Can i please ask how many grafts have gone in to the Crown area?

If the Patient wanted to slightly fill the temples would this be something achievable for this patient? And how many grafts do you think roughly it would take each temple on an average sized head?

Dear BaldingBogger / home1212 / David,

Thank you for your comments.

Related to crown, 1200-1400 grafts were used aprox.: goal there was not to put the biggest density but getting a better coverage. It is always advised to not be aggressive in crown areas searching for coverage rather than density.

In terms of filling the temples it was not his goal at this stage, but it may be a possibility if donor allows it. Anyway we have to take into account that patient is still young and potential hair loss in the future must be considered.

The fact that he had a strip procedure means that he has still the possibility of FUE as well.

Kind regards,

Dr Bisanga has always rocked the HT industry with Great Results , Its a Norm that as soon as you see Bisanga's Name here , U already know its a GREAT Result , Moreover the clinic is very principled as they Never Over charge on the Number of Grafts and work with honest , when I consulted them as I did with other doctors , they were the people quoting the Least Number of Grafts than Most .

Graft Counting has become the Fire in the Belly , as more and More patients have begun to take Note of their Hard earned Money .

I think the beard made all the difference in the world. :D

No, in all seriousness aside from the hair I am marveling at the scar coverage with a quite short hair on the back and side, especially the side.

Jan 2016 - 3800 graft FUT with Dr. Konior

NW 5A to 6.

Docs whose results I am most consistently impressed with: Konior, Cooley (FUT), Hasson (FUT), Diep (FUE) (yeah I like the zig zag).

This guy should really consider meds.

Great case, but these results won't last too long without medicinal therapy. Nothing against the result, I just feel bad for the pt.

Really looks good now though.

Hi,

Thanks for the last comments.

- Related to result pictures, they were provided by the patient himself. Hopefully we can get new ones to show the hairline in detail.

- The use of medication is very important in our opinion for most of surgeries in order to preserve native hair. This patient was explained about it. That said Dr. Bisanga advised for a quite conservative approach keeping a very high hairline and temples thinking of mid-long term. That means patient has still resources on his donor (FUT and FUE ) when he may need another procedure, and can use also a combination of the two techniques to maximize his donor.

Kind regards,

Excellent result, Amazing density and Super Natural :) hairline

A question though...The first post says that there was no medication taken by the patient where as his hair has grown thick even in areas where there was no impant done. Can you please clarify?

Hi,

@ Mosd, I already asked to the clinic about the cm. distance between the eyebrows and hairline to be more accurate, so I hope to comment about that soon.

About donor left, ideally we would have to check his laxity related to a possible new strip procedure so I could be wrong, but taking as a reference similar cases, we could be thinking about another 2000+ Strip.

By FUE, his donor density is below average, and having already a FUT procedure, maybe we could be talking around 2000-2500 extra FU as well.

Nevertheless we have to take into account that after each FUT/FUE surgery donor capital decreases, and it's always advisable to recheck the area after each procedure.

@ Indi9, no, although he was advised about it, patient is not using meds. In previous pictures patient had wet hair, so maybe that can give that impression.

Kind regards,

Hi Mikeey,

The goal of a surgery is to reinforce a thin area, but that does not stop future loss since baldness can progress in other zones. Sides can drop, crowns can open, so that’s why medication is important in order to prevent future hair loss and help native hair.

Kind regards,
