Dr Rahal transplanted 4603 grafts to increase the density, enabling the patient to wear his hair longer. He came in and was photographed 6 months after surgery. 4603 grafts FUT. Absolutely not. The crown is a black hole for grafts, so you don't transplant it unless you've got a major problem there, and this guy doesn't.
