This 29 year old patient had diffuse pattern hairloss. Dr Rahal transplanted 4603 grafts to increase the density, enabling the patient to wear his hair longer. He came in and was photographed 6 months after surgery.

This is absolutely unbelievable.

It's a WOW result. His hair looks really healthy and full.

Matt, I would be interested in seeing the donor scar if possible.

Excellent,

Jessie

That's great transplant!! But still he should do another HT into crown.

I can't even see his crown. I don't know how you can tell he needs another job done there.

Freakin' amazing result. It's become the norm from Rahal these days.

Absolutely not. The crown is a black hole for grafts, so you don't transplant it unless you've got a major problem there, and this guy doesn't.

Amazing results here, congrats.

Shadow of the Empire State (or anyone else who might be able to answer), you mentioned that the crown is a black hole for grafts. Do you mind explaining why? I've mostly been focused on learning about hairlines but am interested in the crown. Thanks...

Can you tell me why it is a black hole?

I would like to know his history of meds as well. I stongly suspect that fin had something to do with this, not to take anything from the doc.

True, but it looks like they were spread out over the entire top of the head which is a large area. He might not ever need any more work done.
