Senior Member Shadow of the EMpire State Posted November 4, 2011 Senior Member Posted November 4, 2011 (edited) That's great transplant!! But still he should do another HT into crown. Absolutely not. The crown is a black hole for grafts, so you don't transplant it unless you've got a major problem there, and this guy doesn't. Edited November 4, 2011 by Shadow of the EMpire State

Regular Member Rhino3 Posted November 7, 2011 Regular Member Posted November 7, 2011 Amazing results here, congrats. Shadow of the Empire State (or anyone else who might be able to answer), you mentioned that the crown is a black hole for grafts. Do you mind explaining why? I've mostly been focused on learning about hairlines but am interested in the crown. Thanks...
Senior Member deitel130 Posted November 7, 2011 Senior Member Posted November 7, 2011 That is some unbelievable growth

Senior Member ffar Posted November 7, 2011 Senior Member Posted November 7, 2011 Absolutely not. The crown is a black hole for grafts, so you don't transplant it unless you've got a major problem there, and this guy doesn't. Can you tell me why it is a black hole?
Senior Member ffar Posted November 7, 2011 Senior Member Posted November 7, 2011 spex ok, but let just say that his crown would stay in this stage for ever, counld he get another HT to do Dense pack into his crown?
Senior Member Spanker Posted November 8, 2011 Senior Member Posted November 8, 2011 I would like to know his history of meds as well. I stongly suspect that fin had something to do with this, not to take anything from the doc. Senior Member Gandolf Posted June 17, 2012 Senior Member Posted June 17, 2012 ok it does look very good but 4600 grafts for some thinning on top is alot of grafts and I would expect a result like that.Who can afford that ...True, but it looks like they were spread out over the entire top of the head which is a large area. He might not ever need any more work done.
