I live in Fort Lauderdale and met with two surgeons in my area. I still decided on going to Dr. Shapiro in the near future. His hairline/temples his work is my personal favorite (as well as Dr. Konior) and Dr. S offers a good travel discount.

It seems like Dr Bauman threads have taken over this forum the past few days. I'd love to see some photo albums of good results, as I don't see any on the "find" tool.

These pictures speak for themselves, unless this is an April Fools joke. But this problem must be very stressful. I'm sorry you are going through this! What did the surgeon tell you to do now?

Thanks guys. I haven't tried any gel yet but the Dermmatch gives me confidence where wind won't be an issue to show my receding temple (only left side is). Because of this I may wait on getting some FUE done for a few more years (am 27 now).

Regardless if your all went to Dr. Bauman, you all are very rude and I'm not going on this thread again as most of what you type is an insult to all of us (Bill included). I personally just wanted to see the results which I never saw.

I also want to say that all these Dr. Bauman posters seem to be very rude in what they write to other's. Whether they are swearing, making fun of other's jobs or calling all the members fake makes me think this thread will bring a lot of hate very shortly! We have many first time posters on here and how can they all be so rude and childish??? If Dr. Bauman is producing great results I'd like to see them, as I want to see the hype in the neo graft like everyone else! Someone please make a photo album!

With money being tight how did you afford his prices? The same goes to HairyHead26, who is only 26. Dr. Bauman is the most expensive H/T surgeon in the world. I am 27, make a decent living but understand the New Graft procedure is for the rich and famous.

I just used DermMatch for my temples today. It looks good but I need to master the technique of doing it. I noticed a lot of the applicator under my hairline which wasn't easy to rub off. I'll post before/afters and see what you all think shortly.

Also a nice face lift. I believe he has a hair system similar to John Travolta and Nicholas Cage.

I once came across his web site when I was in my early 20's and he was the only surgeon that wanted to perform surgery on me, as well with an insane amount of grafts. I'm 27, have minimal temple recession and average length dark brown hair. I ordered dermmatch and toppik to see if it would fix my slight recession. Can I use hair gel or spiking gel for both without it coming off or looking unnatural? Thanks!

I had an in person consultation with both Dr. Shapiro and Dr. Konior. They are actually my two favorite H/T surgeons since I joined here a few years ago. Get a consultation from all three of them. I believe they are all free.

I really don't like getting PM's from someone soliciting the NeoGraft and Dr. Bauman when neither of them are proven on this forum but frowned upon. Love the result and transformation! Due to your elastic scalp, did your scar stretch the first or second time? I have a very elastic scalp so I am nervous about this when I go down the H/T route. I'm sure I will have to keep the suture/staples in 3 weeks as well. Thanks!

Wow! This patients pre hairloss pattern is almost identical to mine. Perhaps he is slightly more recessed (will be my hairline in another few years). But to know what I can expect this result is mind blowing amazing! I still have to send in my papers to Dr. Shapiro, but my transplant will probably be later in the year now. What density is this patient? Why did he choose strip? I was leaning towards fue. Any donor photos? Thanks Janna!

Being 18, ask your family if they can help you out with Finasteride and a medical visit. I know this is an important issue and maybe they can lend a helping hand.
