  1. When people mention HT can bring about additional problems besides balding this is what they mean. Any donor pics pre-surgery?
  2. Regardless of what happens with this procedure, and I think you'll be just fine, you have easily another 3k grafts to play around with. Donor looks great. 👍
  3. You can always discontinue fin if you get sides. Best case scenario you regrow some hair and slow MPD to a crawl/eliminate it. Worse case scenario you get sides and stop using it.
  4. You're definitely gonna' be bald within a year. It's over bro.
  5. It's important to consider that the guys who have regrowth from fin are typically in their early-mid twenties and younger. OP is only 23, it's possible he could see significant regrowth with just a moderate dose of FIN. Try FIN for 6-12 months and see where you're at.
  6. Show us recent pics of the crown. Because if its anything close to the thread from 2021 well then you ain't bald lol. Not even close. Take a look at some of the patient threads on here of actual legit NW 4,5,6 guys. You should stay on FIN and reevaluate in a few years. (IMO)
  7. This is my worry as well as I like to cut my hair short. It looks like the donor is a 3 or 4 guard length? Honestly, in the grand scheme of turkish botch jobs thats not bad at all. 99% of people would not notice. If you grew it out another 2-3 weeks I have to think it would improve the look significantly.
  8. It's been 2 months since the surgery and you have a full head of hair there bud. Another 6-8 months of growing. You're doing fine i'd say.
  9. It's looking great, congratulations! Can you post pics of the donor in the next update?
  10. This isn't so much a broad warning but a single anecdote involving one clinic. It still boggles the mind why a clinic would ask you to sign an NDA when there was no surgery involved. Understandably, they're worried about their reputation with regards to pocketing the $$ of the surgery while sending you home without surgery. Maybe rectify this policy?
  11. You're the literal ideal candidate. No diffuse, simple temple recession with great remaining density throughout scalp and great hair characteristics. Get back on FIN and go for it. 👍
  12. Only you can decide if it's worth it. If its any help, I plan on staying an additional 10 days abroad after my procedure to allow for proper healing and supervision of the HT. Overkill? Perhaps, but thats my preference.
  13. I agree with this sentiment, but I also wish I was aware of MPB when I was this young. When I was 14, a full head of hair was the last thing on my mind 😂
  14. Props to this clinic, not for turning him down "for his own good", but for writing such a predatory contract and convincing OP and others to sign it. Most clinics I've researched book by a non refundable deposit. Paying everything up front with no guarantee of the procedure, just doesn't seem right. I thought the EU was known for strong consumer protection? I guess cosmetic surgery does not fall in to this realm. OP - can we please see what your donor looks like?
  15. Hi, Melvin. FUE. Going to Eugenix soon. Thanks everyone for your input.
  16. Appreciate your input. It "appears" ok after a shower. A bit different when I wake up or after a long day, it looks choppy as my hair is very straight. I worried how punching 3000 holes might affect that. I guess I will know for sure when Dr. Arika does an examination.
  17. I'm having my surgery with Eugenix later this month.
