    I recommend travel pillow not just for flights but to sleep with a travel pillow for the first few nights. Trust me, no matter how good you think you have control over your head during your sleep, you are going to turn over on one side and smudge those transplanted grafts especially if you have some on temples.

    Trust me, even if you know about the ugly duckling phase, it is still gonna hit you like a brick.Months 2 and 3 are gonna be really difficult.

    For me, this crucial extraction was just the front hairline which might be around 200-300 grafts. I am not sure if that's worth the extra money though since the bump is pretty significant. If you are worried about surgeon involvement and least technician involvement, I recommend Super Premium since in this case Dr Arika and Dr Sethi will be present for the extraction phase which is the biggest time consuming phase of them all and would have direct involvement in the other phases as well. IMHO, extraction is an important step since this process determines what type of grafts to use like singles, doubles and triples.

    After my surgery at Eugenix, I can tell you that slits creation and extraction are the most important steps. Implantation is not important even though it sounds like the most important step because the implantation angle of the graft is determined by the existing slits and you are merely inserting the extracted graft. Extraction is also important since the surgeon determines which portion of the donor area is safe to extract and more importantly, what kind of grafts to use where, namely singles, doubles and triples. If you find Super Premium a bit expensive, I would recommend you to go for exclusive instead of premium since they are pretty much the same and the difference in money is worth it.

    Thanks for the update. Looks fantastic for 5 months and really natural too. Mine is not quite there yet but I hope to have similar results soon.

    @ADilI too have similar density to yours at 4month mark after my HT at eugenix. I think we should wait it out for another 2 months. Let's just hope for the best.

    @Jarvis has shedding started and can you post some pictures of your scalp from the top?

    @Naveenkumar if you look closely at the zoomed in picture of your scalp, you can already see small hair in between the larger ones. Your regrowth is just beginning, just hang in there. I am also at a similar stage at day 56 after my HT at Eugenix. Hope we both get the result we want.

    @Captain Haddock Amazing results already and it's only going to get better. Any idea when you noticed growth in your temples after it shed? I am in a similar situation as you post 1 month where my left temple has shed completely and right temple has had minimal shedding. Were there different shedding rates of your left and right temples?

    @Melvin-Moderator any idea on topical dutasteride going systemic and causing side effects? I am asking this because the hype right now seems to be around this.

    @MNIK you should look at @lookingforht result. He too had a late growth. Your hair in the mid scalp was also thinning before transplant but your post op pictures had minimal number of grafts placed there.
