  1. Dont forget Dr Keser. He has been doing top quality work longer than everbody else in Turkey. If the guy has minimal loss, Keser should be one of the top choices.
  2. Dr Bicer is definitely good enough to be recommended here, but that raises the question why HLC, Pekiner and especially dr Keser are not. Could someone please, enlighten me what does she have, that they don't?
  3. Hey, I just wanted to ask you guys what you think about my donor area. Is looks pretty thin to me. Would I be suitable for surgery in the future?
  4. Great result. I still don't understand why people here dislike Asmed so much. They are IMO one of the best large case clinics around the world, while also being the most affordable.
  5. I think that Kevin Mann mixes Ru58841, Stemoxydine and Alfatradiol together.
  6. Looks great, dr Diep results are always top level. 21k is a little pricy tho, its like average yearly income in my country times two 🙃
  7. Our world today has gone mad. Turkey has very quality clinics for good value. Most people cant afford housing, essential drugs and surgery for their QOL improvement, and people on this forum are still acting like "money shouldnt matter". What a joke.
  8. It will look absolutely normal. Its normal "matured" hairline of a lucky guy. Nothing unrealistic about it. It will look great both at 26 and 78. He said that he is using meds, so the chance of him being more than NW4 in his lifetime is low.
  9. He didnt answer the question lmao. What is the maximum hair density in Hair Transplant?
  10. What? That looks like normal hairline. Its matured, looks manly, has proportional height, frames his face well and has nice NW1.5 recession. HT is a cosmetic surgery that can improve your live. Would you say that someone that is in great shape, trains 4 times a week should become an overweight ugly dude, so he can look like everybody else, and fit in?
  11. If you want to lower it by 1 cm it will be 1000 grafts because: Temple to temple is usually 20cm, so 20 cm × 1 cm of height × average of 50 FUs per sq cm = 1000. Take a tape, measure your head and multiply by grafts you want in that area.
  12. Hey, I'm sorry if this is a repost but I honestly don't understand how this could be possible. I know that Dr is recommended here(rightfully so). The original post has no comments so I just wanted to know community opinion on this result.
  13. Oh yeah def, sorry I wasn't clear. Oral minox after FUT is terrible idea. I though about using it 2 weeks after FUE.
  14. https://www.researchgate.net/publication/11053761_The_Potential_Role_of_Minoxidil_in_the_Hair_Transplantation_Setting Actually there is some anecdotal evidence of minoxidil speeding up follicle maturation. People that use 2.5/5mg of oral minoxidil could possibly gain a lot by using it after surgery and through their healing process.
  15. That just makes me question why dr Zarev uses only FUE. His patients need to have long hair after surgery anyway, because donor with over 10000 grafts used would look bad with short cut. Do you think he just cant use FUT?
  16. I swear dr Diep post op always look like a botch job, and after 12 months it becomes another world class result.
  17. You look great, and donor looks untouched. Second procedure to tweak hairline and add some density would take less than 1000 grafts.
  18. He would propably need a second pass anyway, so he has a good excuse to go for a TOP doc now.
  19. Haha, not at all. For me its just a wild guess. Its always hard to justify opinion when it comes to Androgenic Alopecia just because smart people in the world have yet to do comprehensive studies on it. As of know, we still dont even know how much effect testosterone has on our hair, but by many anecdotal evidences we can say that it is in fact harmful in above average range. DHT has little effect on male bodies after puberty especially when it comes to sexual sides.
  20. I agree with you doctor. My own speculation is that dutasteride has a little worse side effect profile not because of DHT, but higher estrogen levels caused by it.
  21. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC6388756/ Conclusion Dutasteride seems to provide a better efficacy compared with finasteride in treating AGA. The two drugs appear to show similar rates of adverse reactions, especially in sexual dysfunction.
  22. I think you are too harsh for yourself. Your hair looked pretty damn good before. If your density is 66% of what it was before those 50 grafts/cm will look great in 12 months.
