  1. Looking good. As a Norwood 7 in your mid 20’s (?) I would be extremely reluctant to waste finite grafts in the hairline and temple points. The only reason I agreed in my second pass to touch the hairline and temples was to finally hide my hairline scar from when I was young and butchered. Dr Sethi will more than likely want to add a little to the hairline and temples. However like @SLA I would stand your ground and focus purely on any weak points. I would keep oral minoxidil up your sleeve for later and the same with SMP. Stick with Finasteride now (if you are taking it/can tolerate it). As you know surgery for hair loss is like trying to hit a moving target. You want to preserve not just your donor but also the transplanted hair from that donor for not just the years but the decades ahead of you. I think your results are incredible and ten years ago this would have been just a dream for both of us. All the best for your next procedure.
  2. I think two and a half months is too early. Give it six months and compare your baseline pic to a six month pic. Better yet you could consider oral minoxidil. It goes systemic by passing through the liver and is a lot less messy and easier to comply with. All the best.
  3. Looking great @Steeeve. Plenty of time ahead of you and great to see the crown already kicking in. 💯👌
  4. Personally I’m not a fan of micro needling. Stick to oral finasteride and minoxidil if you can tolerate them. Again it’s my opinion and I’m not a doctor. All the best.
  5. Slow and steady wins the race @ng528. Look better every month. 💯👊🏻
  6. @Petroholic I know shedding seems to be common but personally I don’t think I’ve ever experienced it. If I did have it I wasn’t aware of it anyway.
  7. These are my eye brows before oral minoxidil. These are my eyebrows one year after oral minoxidil.
  8. I honestly don’t know and it’s ruled by genetics. I have found personally that oral minoxidil has darkened my hair and Eugenix brows.
  9. I personally think if we could find newer and better modalities to be able to take current 5ari’s for those that get side effects would be a huge gain.
  10. In my second surgery with Dr Sethi I found hair in the hairline popping up at 10 months though this is not the norm generally. Going by your pictures no one outside of a hair forum geek would ever pick it. 👌
  11. Minoxidil can in some people darken the pigmentation of your hair. Your observation seems to be a common one. I would talk with your surgeon about this. All the best.
  12. @Tommy1991 I certainly feel your frustration and the patience and $$$ ahead of you. I had to have half a dozen repairs which only left me with a red long scar along my hairline. However in your case the patience will be worth it. Wishing you all the best. 💯👊🏻
  13. @Velberti Saiiter your results are insane! 💯👌
  14. Out of all the clinics in the world you have focused on an unknown clinic in Turkey in your first post 48 hours after joining which you are already heavily in favour of. Now this clinic may very well be one of the best in the world. However (and it’s just my opinion) you haven’t mentioned any research that you have carried out on other clinics/surgeons backed by client posted results. No surgeon in the world is perfect and they have all had a bad result regardless of their name. But it is in seeing great results again and again, produced year after year after year that you should be looking for that will help you narrow down a reputable surgeon or three. From here you fine tune even more until you feel you have done all of your homework to choose the right one to give you the likely hood of a good result. No surgeon can give a guarantee but they can promise to do their best. They should also be educating you about medication like Finasteride or Minoxidil to stabilize your hair loss before you commence surgery to keep as much of your native hair as possible. MPB is progressive and a surgeon should have a plan for the patient over the life span. It’s like trying to hit a moving target. I just feel you need to be asking a lot more questions if you are considering surgery. Remember you can always have a hair transplant ‘tomorrow.’ All the best.
  15. @Jeremie Martin they are telling you everything you want to hear. Avoid them like the plague. I’ve been to Antalya and I certainly wouldn’t call it a small city. Out of two thousand odd clinics in Turkey only about five surgeons have good results posted by lots of patients. The cream always rises to the top.
  16. Temple points need to be lighter, softer, slower growing hair. These grafts are generally taken from behind the ears.
  17. So the results are after only one micro needling session?
  18. @danny007 this is excellent work for only three months. You have many months of growing ahead of you to come! 👌
  19. @MillyB forget Australia. I've had consultations on and off over the last 39 years and no one here can hold a candle to an elite surgeon overseas. You could look at Dr Laorwong in Bangkok who has turned out some excellent results from patients on the forum. Eight hours in the air getting there is nothing compared to looking at a bad result for the rest of your life in the mirror.
  20. @Recedingnomore I really love the hairline and softness of the work. A great result already on my book. This hair style suits you well. 👌
  21. Is this Dr Anil? An older surgeon?
