How many grafts are needed for my second procedure?
Doron Harati replied to fuzz916's topic in Hair Transplant Reviews
The photos are a bit dark to estimate how many grafts you need for your frontal area, but the crown got only few grafts spread, this won't even give low density of 30 hairs per 1sq cm, you need to measure your crown, but I think for the crown you'll need minimum 2000 grafts. -
3540 Grafts. Dr. Maras @ HDC . 24-25/05/21

Wow amazing result! Really happy for you! -
3010 FUE grafts by Dr. Maras and HDC medical team, 48 years old paitent NW3 class, post 12 months, photos were taken on 13th of this November. 2070 grafts for hairline and frontal area 1040 grafts over the crown. The paitent before was interested to go to a hair mills without knowing much about professional protocols, but he also saw my repair procedure documentation at HDC by Dr. Maras and wanted my recommendation as a paitent. Since the paitent have good thick donor and advanced age, the clinic decided to do both his frontal and crown area in 1 session for 2 days of surgery and you can see his final result. Bad experience at a Turkish Hair Transplant Plant Clinic
Doron Harati replied to Ish's topic in Hair Transplant Reviews
You need to show your donor if a repair can be done properly. -
Please help me pick a clinic!
Doron Harati replied to Jon's topic in Hair Restoration Questions and Answers
And some cases you can't repair even if you'll have 1 million $ budget, I was lucky I could have 2 repairs after being botched by a hair mill in Turkey. -
I am huge fan of Sting and The Police, but when it comes to Dune franchise, I prefer Dune 2 on DOS, always loved to play the evil NW7 red Harkonnen guys 😆

1800 grafts FUE with Dr. Kyriakos Maras - HDC
Doron Harati replied to UnbaldEagle's topic in Hair Transplant Reviews
As was mentioned before on this thread, I tried 2 times to connect the paitent on video Skype and he didn't answer as in the mails he said he's expecting for my Skype call. The last post that the patient put a photo was on the 5.5 month spot. We are now trying to regain contact with the patient so that we can see the final result and if there is a problem to establish how we can help him. -
Your photos are very blurry, I need better ones, please contact me on WhatApp for estimation +972526542654

At HDC clinic we offer Dr. Christina per 2 Euros for graft, price includes our free accommodations and driver, we're recommend in this forum.

At HDC consultation the clinic usually estimate 70% minimum of grafts of the amount from 1st if there's a need more than 1 surgery, however my repair case was different, the clinic used microscopic scans of my donor on both repair procedures to check the quality of my donor. For instance if a NW6 paitent will want to have a procedure, HDC will explain if the patient can have more than 1 procedure, the clinic make strategy plan before accepting a paitent.

I agree with the clinics, donor looks problematic, drugs may effect it's quality with a follow up of 6-12 months. If you'll have now HT, there's a possibility you'll be happy with the result, but there's a good chance that after 2-4 years the DHT will get to your donor and most of the transplanted hair will fall. Cheap hair mills or bad doctors probably won't clarify this. In my opinion, an ethical clinic will always put the paitent's interest before theirs.

Some cases don't require pre microscopic exam, HDC is very conservative and careful when approaching a paitent, my case did demand microscopic exam, it varies between every paitent. I don't know why other clinics do their methods, when I did my research for repair I checked only MD clinics, contacted paitents, met them and decided HDC is the best option for what I am looking for without any compromise, unfortunately I also know high cost clinics with MD doctors that perform the surgical parts and don't use microscopes or even Lupa nor magnification glasses when punch, extract and making the incisions. Really glad you're happy with your result, can you share it with me? On thread? You can also send photos on private if you prefer.

Every clinic has thier philosophy for best or correct result, it's also a matter of taste, for instance to get natural hairline it's not enough to have only single grafts, you'll also need to create it with zigzags, some top clinics prefer straight lines, some prefer conservative lines for paitents who don't need need to save grafts because they believe it's better, I made my choice to go with HDC also because I love the hairlines with personal adjustment. I also coordinate plastic surgeon doctor, so for that matter it's the same goes for rhinoplasty, the doctor is aiming for natural result appearance with personal adjustment, some clinics prefer and offer aggressive Pinocchio nose results, so in the end it's your personal taste involved here with which clinic you want to go with. Yes, HDC use microscopes to divide the grafts to groups, I posted on our Instagram page a video demonstration, also as I said earlier, this time I personally documented @Jackziv2nd procedure which you will see how the staff cleaned the grafts and divide them to single grafts under microscopes, I will edit then upload it.
