Wow! This is going to be a really interesting thread. A new case from Dr Couto, this one with great difficulty for sure due to that diffuse that you have. What I'm amazed is that they took you one day after you called them, such a lucky man. For sure they had some cancellation or something because that is not the usual with this clinic. And you had the complete work done on your temples!!! Wow, wow, this Dr Couto is something special!!! That will make a huge different in your final result, the design looks beautiful. I love it! You 4 months photo looks too good to be true already, are you really that great in person? Could you share some better quality photos so that we can appreciate some more details? Two more questions. Sorry but, I have to say I do not like the outcome of this result, even if it's 4 years later... 😔 I think with 2500 grafts, that hairline should have had a much better result. Thanks for sharing and being honest and transparent about your work.

This looks really something great! The before-after, just wow! But, and there is a big BUT here... What I would ask a clinic in a case like this is, why on earth, with such a fabulous result you present a blurry video and photos??? I do not like this. I mean, it the result is amazing, why not invest in having a better content? There is no excuse nowadays to say "my camera is not good enough"... Please, please, post some clear images so that we can really see what seems to be an outstanding result. Thanks a lot for sharing!

Wow, what a great video to understand coverage. And comparing procedures from one patient to another, we have to stop doing that without having important info such as: - hair thickness - donor density - angle of the transplanted grafts. Many many thanks for sharing this.

Sometimes during past summer I have suspected of people having a HT. I have tried to check their donors either on a pool or at the beach and I could never say for sure if they had had a FUE procedure. So that's why FUE (if done with a good surgeon) gives peace of mind to those who go for it. By the way, great looking donor.
