  1. I live in the city so i got asked a lot if i'm going to the jungle i don't really care, wearing it even in the evening. right now kinda lowering the brim down to the forehead to protect the recipient area, but in the future i won't lower it and i think it will look even better. i know i don't need to be that protective about the scalp but again, going on the safe side. day 113 post op, should i start using baseball cap? don't want the recipient area to be smash beneath the hat. was wondering, after the op they say to use lukewarm water to wash the scalp, is it because the scalp is numb and you could use really hot water and you wouldn't feel it? or there is other reason?. does it matter if i use cold water from now on? thanks.
  2. I feel i repeat myself but- beautiful. happy birthday:)
  3. Congrats on your HT Seftest, hope you will be happy. my paranoia made me buy 50UPF hat with large brim, i guess it's too much but i just wanted to go on the safe side.
  4. Dude!, it looks amazing, you must grow it, would look awesome.
  5. Nice!, looks awesome. did you have transplant in the crown area too?, how much grafts in total?. why don't you use hair style products instead of hat?, i'm after years of wearing hats and i'm sick and tired of it, about 3.5 months after HT, still with hats. looking forward to see the hairline.
  6. It looks amazing, congrats!, you must be so happy. did you use meds during all that time, any kind of supplements, special kind of food?
  7. Hey Melvin, i'm 99 days post op and didn't trim anything yet. the recipient area still look weird, i need to stop looking at the mirror all the time. my op was at the front of the scalp. the hairline is kinda taking shape, but i don't know, still look weird and when i shampoo i can still see hairs on my hand, also on the pillow in the morning, nothing drastic, but still few hairs here and there. i don't want to touch the recipient area until six month at least but i am not sure about that, maybe to trim the long hairline hairs with scissors?. my donor area is growing, i'm not bother with the fact it looks weird compare to the recipient area, because i wear hat most of the time but it is getting hot and i don't want the scalp to be sweating, besides i'm curious about it's healing status. nervous to go to a barber because the possibility of touching or harming the recipient by mistake so i thought to do it myself and only trim the lower part of the donor if it make any sense. not taking any meds, never had. takes MSM 1000 mg, Biotin 5000 mcg daily plus B12, vitamin D. eats walnuts, almonds, pumpkin seed, flaxed seed and lately Brazil nuts. shampoo the scalp everyday. watched your results, wow, mind blowing, so beautiful:)
  8. Hi guys, is there anyone who didn't trim his recipient area and his donor area (or just one of them) for a long time after the HT (like 6 months)? thanks.
  9. It's already looks really good, when i look at you i can't really tell you had HT, it looks like you just have a short haircut, beautiful.
  10. Thank you Dr Bhatti, thank you gillenator. i have the trimmer a few months now, but i barley use it, maybe twice a month so it's in a good condition. i think i would trim the donor so the scalp won't sweat and besides i really curious to see what it looks like after 3 months. should i keep shampoo the scalp everyday?, still see a few hairs when i shampoo it, maybe they are from the donor area. still have redness at the transplanted area and got itch especially at the crown and at donor area from behind.
  11. Hi guys, 2 more stupid questions. 94 days post op, haven't buzzed my donor area yet (i know it looks weird). i shave my face with a trimmer that supposed to be use for the head. can i use the same trimmer to buzz the donor area too or should i get another one? does use Biotin and MSM increase hair grow in the beard and armpit as well? thanks.
  12. Awesome! let the top grow and see how it will look like.
  13. Guys, what is your opinion about adding Brewer's Yeast with vitamin B supplements to what i already take daily: what Brewer's Yeast give to the body, it adds vitamins B?, should i add vitamin B to what i take? Biotin 5000 mcg, MSM 1000 mg, vitamin B12, vitamin D. thanks.
  14. It looks so great. i'm 83 days post op with Dr Maras, waiting patiently. when did you start see a major improvement? can you show a recently picture of the frontal part? thank you.

  16. Join to the update request. thank you
  17. Hey guys, day 75 post op, some more stupid questions. i eat walnuts, almonds and pumpkin seed everyday. do you have an idea of how much do i need to eat in grams?, because each time i don't know if it's too little or too much. in the pro op pictures you can see i had some hair in the middle of the frontal part of the scalp, but we transplanted hair over it, now, what will come out?, the old one or the new one? how can you tell?. where can i find some schedule of grow percent? is training like walking, cycling is good for the scalp? how many times a week? what about the fact that you will sweat at the transplanted area? yesterday i walked (not drive or just popped out) for the first time at the sun, 15-20 min, of course i was with my hat, my new UPF50 hat (i bought one because i'm paranoid and in the end i was still nervous and restless, tips to be calm?. taking MSM 1000 mg and Biotin 5000 mcg daily, do you think i should increase the MSM?. Thank you guys.
  18. Great progress Luke. so this is like almost 20% grow? is the right side grow more than the left side or it just the light? biotin 5000 mcg update- taking it for 12 days. couple of days ago started some mini outbreak in the recipient area only and tingleing sensation almost all the time.
