  1. Great result. i'm taking 5000 mcg biotin daily and 2000 mg MSM daily, is it ok to take biotin 10000 daily?, isn't too much?
  2. Thanks guys. when i look at it now i think it's a lot of area to cover, is 3558 grafts are enough for that area?. are triple grafts take long time to grow than doubles and singles? the donor looks not good?, do i have shock loss anywhere?
  3. I understand that i'm not taking meds or minoxi so i will be what you call slow grower and i'm fine with that. i think also that it really started to grow way after 4 month. when i shampoo my hair i still feel kinda big pain in the recipient area, like pain from the root. hope it means good things. the problem here is that the mirror in my bathroom is under 2 big windows that gives big light so every time i look at the mirror i see my scalp in the worst condition and it's kinda depressing. in those pictures it looks pretty good. takes MSM 2000 mg, biotin 5000 mcg daily, B12, Vitamin D. eats walnuts, pumpkin seed, flaxseed, almonds, Brazil nuts.
  4. Honestly, wasn't intend to show pictures until i feel it looks good, but this forum is helping me so if you guys want to see then ok. 1 month
  5. When you did it? where? pre. this is about 10 days post op-
  6. I checked all the time with flash with light. i need to stop doing that, just too much stress, need to be relax what about you mick? did you do anything?
  7. No, it's before the transplant. i hope six months is early, there is progress and it's on time i guess and i know i'm not on any meds or minoxi so i need to be patient. i don't really know how to judge the progress, with camera flash on harsh light?, without flash?, wet, dry hair?, each one change the outcome immensely.
  8. 3558 grafts. 825 singles, 1417 doubles, 1116 triples. never used meds or minoxi, also not using now. maybe you right, i will wait until 9-10 months and will check again.
  9. I am about 10 days after six months mark, got a meeting with the Dr next week, just was wondering about doing the mid scalp and crown area because it's a different area than before so i thought it's not related.
  10. Hey SPEX, is it really essential to wait?, the new procedure isn't at the same place and there is a limit on how the frontal hair could cover the crown area. if the donor area healed properly you still advised to wait?
  11. about doing second procedure for the mid scalp+crown area (is it done together?) about 8 months after first HT to the frontal third of the scalp?. picture is pro op of frontal third of scalp.
  12. Thank you. so what you are saying is basically, transplanted hair will stay for good?
  13. You use cold water also at the begining before you apply the shampoo?, isn't make it harder for you to foam? (cold cold or cold lean to lukwarm?)
