  1. Still a long ways to go, but my appearance is starting to change. Some pictures with different light angles. 3 mo 13 days post op.
  2. Wow...what a fantastic improvement..! Looks great.
  3. The lighting makes them hard to see, but I see a lot more hairs than shows up in the picture. And I feel stubble all over. Three months 1 week.
  4. Thanks. Just in the last week or so, it seems the donor area has filled in more where there's some shock loss.. Some numbness above the incision remains. When I pull my hair back, I can barely see the incision. In fact, I have to hunt for it.
  5. 3 months post op. Over the last couple weeks I've been seeing a lot of action. Although the hairs are hard to see, it's nice to see some growth happening. I'm looking forward to the next several months, hopefully things thicken up. About half the numbness on the back of my head is gone. For a couple months it felt like a block of wood back there, so it's nice to have some feeling. If I push on the incision, I feel some tenderness in spots. No numbness in the recipient area any more, although some redness is still there. Still some shock loss on the sides. I can feel stubble. I initially sent Dr. Diep's prescription for Propecia into my insurance, but they rejected it. When I had my two month check up over the phone with Dr. Diep, he wanted me on it. So they called in a prescription to Walmart for the 1mg, which I've been taking for about a month now. No noticeable sides. It was a little pricey at $128 for a 90 days supply. I'm going to call the Dr. at the end of 90 days and ask them to call in a script for the 5mg Proscar. Other than that, I'd like to think things are right on schedule. I see pictures of some guys at three months, and they're light years ahead of me, and others about the same. It's nice to see the positive change, even if you wish it was more.
  6. Dr. Diep has literally hundreds of before and after videos on YouTube. You should take a look.
  7. That's probably normal for less than four months. Let's see what happens at six and seven months.
  8. Looks good. The shedding phase should be starting soon. Then the waiting.....
  9. Wow that's pretty cool. I almost bought the 1st one on Ebay years ago, but got out bid.
  10. lol...ok. I had to take a look. It's the complete MAD magazines on 7 CD's, from #1 through about 2010.
  11. Nothing much happening yet, but thanks.! The waiting is the hardest part....
  12. Two months post op. Looks like a couple more months before the shock loss disappears. I can feel stubble when I run my fingertips over it, but it doesn't seem to be growing much, if at all. I can't see them, but I also feel stubble in the recipient area. A few dozen transplanted hairs have grown out, but they're hard to see. Dr. Diep told me when my hair grows out, I would no longer see the plugs. Looking forward to that..!
  13. For me I had skin breakouts on my face starting after two days. After I quit things cleared up almost immediately. I've taken Geritol vitamins for years, and it has some Biotin. Never seemed to cause me any problems. YT has many examples of people having skin issues with the Biotin supplements.
  14. I was taking biotin 5000 mcg and it was horrible for my skin. I went to every other day, and still had problems. I quit after about three weeks.
  15. Most patients don't see anything happening for at least three, or four months. I'm two months in and I can feel stubble, but can't see much of anything yet.
  16. That certainly turned out great. You look about 36 in the after pic.
  17. You're going to be so happy a few months from now.
  18. I think a lot of people would love to be where you're at right now.
