I can just see the outline of the scar. I think the barber did a good job getting as close as he could. I expect in a few days the outline will disappear. Dr. Diep did a good job closing me up.

It looks like it's going to turn out great.

A few more pictures. I got a haircut yesterday, and told the barber I wanted it as short as possible without the scar showing through. He said he used a 1 1/2, and I can just make out the scar. So this is as close as I can get it.

Turned out really nice. Big change from before.

Seven months post op. I don't think much has changed since last month. First picture is at three months post op. I took two pictures today in the bright sun, when HT's tend to look their worst, imo.

"Money greed is a horrible thing and honestly a shame." Greed can certainly get out of control, IMO. As to the HT Doctors, it's also supply and demand. A lot of these Doctors are backed up 7, 8 months, or a year or more. Because of that demand, they can pretty much charge whatever the customer will pay. If there were no lines waiting, I'm sure the price would be less.

Six months. I can still feel some stubble here and there, so more growing ahead, I hope. I know how I want my hair cut, longer on the top, and front. Short on the back and sides. As short as I can get it without the FUT scar showing through. I tried giving myself a cut, and pretty much failed. They made it look so easy on YT. When it grows back out somewhat I'll have a barber give me what I want. Been using my DHT blocking shampoo for a month now. Even though it's way too soon to think about any results, I like using it so far. I've had a few people tell me I look different. I haven't told anybody about the HT. Used to part it in the middle, and had kind of bangs. I much prefer being able to comb my hair back without worrying about the plugs showing through. That right there is worth the cost to me. I expect, and hope, it continues to thicken up over the following months. Would I do it all over again..? In a heartbeat. One of the best things I've ever done for myself. It's a self esteem boost for sure.

It is a little difficult to tell in the recent pictures. What I can see, I think you had a pretty good result, considering the large amount of real estate that needed to be filled in. Some here say it can keep growing in for 18 months or so.
